This is helpful, but I have a question. Are you also consciously targeting chord tones during chord changes? It appears you are strictly staying in B pattern with mixolodian so that part confuses me. Any guidance on that would be appreciated. Thanks!
Yes, usually aiming chord tones. Staying in B Mixolydian? Yes, I’m not changing scales. So using B Mixolydian you can create phrases and approach chord tones for the B and E chords
