Small shop 18.5 sq meter × 391100/-(emd in rs ) = 73,83,350/- rs itki asel ka....please let me know or correct me if i am wrong....or 18.5×2,11,405 per square meter = 3910992/- laks but then what is emd in rs ??please give example and let us know and also share the rera number
Emd is just a down payment
Mhnje total cost = 18.5 sq meter × 211405 (for each sq meter) + 391100 = 43,02,092 asel approximately....am I right ?
End is 10% of the price, so just put 1 zero at the end of emd amount, and you will get the price of the shop.
in simple words.... how much price does this shops goes ? give range please...

@@kirtik.sadade I think shop no 1 side is best as they are facing other private builders area. Station opposite ones will have less crowd as private people will mostly be on the other side of the station.
Starting point bt near there bus stop is there and already on opposite lane there's 4- 5 new building are there ... so easily to get new client for that shop
