    I've been doing this every day since I learned this method! The tastiest and easiest recipe I've ever eaten! They are so delicious that I make them at least three times a week.     Ingredients and recipe:
    - Warm milk 300 ml
    - Sugar 3 tbsp.
    - Dry yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
    1. Mix with a whisk
    - Vanilla sugar 1.5 tsp
    - Salt 1/2 tsp.
    - Vegetable oil 60 ml (4 tbsp)
    2. Stir again
    - All-purpose wheat flour 500 g (add in parts)
    3. Mix well with a spatula
    4. Knead the dough on the table for 5-6 minutes
    5. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
    6. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
    7. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-55 minutes

    9. Dough weight 968 g.
    10. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts
    11. Roll into a ball and place on baking paper
    12. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
    13. Roll out the dough into a 15x17 cm circle
    14. Brush with melted butter
    15. Sprinkle with sugar
    16. Cut the dough into 2-2.5cm wide strips
    17. I have 6 stripes
    18. Stack the strips on top of each other and cut them in half
    19. Braid the edges and secure them
    20. Form a nice bun, repeat after me
    21. Place on baking paper
    22. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough.
    23. They make very beautiful buns, they are amazing!
    - Egg yolk 1 piece.
    - Milk 1 tbsp.
    24. Lubricate with a brush
    25. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 22-25 minutes
    26. What beautiful and delicious buns!
