Season 7 had the worst rating imo, we got a whole new snow biome, it was around Christmas so extra stuff there, we got hoverboards and planes, so even if the planes werent liked thats two vehicles in one season, vending machines changed as well that season im pretty sure, we got wraps, presents and snowmen this season and a cool storyline for the secret skin the prisoner

Damn I actually thought season 7 from chapter 1 was one of the best because of the battle pass, the new snowy biome, 2 new vehicles, really cool new locations, had cool events like the zombies being brought back, there were 4 different biomes on the map, the story within the map was crazy and I remember when people were predicting dragons coming to fortnite and Christmas was in the season . this season should’ve at least been a high grid able but really for me it was poggies or low end god tier
C2S5 is definitely in my opinion Poggies, I started play Fortnite that season, there was the Mandalorian and his sniper (jump started my sniping career), and then the sand tunneling was awesome (except that it was removed for half the season), we had the zero point crystals that helped me get out of a sticky situation several times. There was also the Christmas update, half the map was snow, there were planes and presents. Reason in being why it’s not God Tier is because of the IO guards, they were so annoying and tanky, made the game hard for a beginner. C2S6 not a bad season I think it deserves Meh, I really hated the makeshift and primal weapons, but I loved the primal shotty and the bows (yes the did vault snipers) but this was the season where I really started getting good. C2S7, I think it deserves Meh, yes there was a lot of things wrong with that season but we had the mothership loot (even though it was annoying to achieve) and the rail gun was awesome, hated the pulse rifle though, that sucked, but they did have the Ariana Grande event as well, so that was great, but the mothership did also destroy half the map. C2S8, this season was Dead Game, I hated it, I hated the sideways guns, especially the mini gun, although I did like the fact that you could craft mythics, the sideways areas where terrible the cube monsters were annoying as heck, the rail gun was still in the game so I liked that, slone’s burst rifle was way too overpowered, they did have my favorite auto sniper though, the symbiote mythics were just annoying and overpowered, I did like the pyramid at the end though, but the things I hated most was the caretaker and the mechs, but I loved the war effort boards they brought out the combat AR and that was a nice gun, then they unvaulted the combat shotty, I hate that shotty, and the worst thing about that season was it took away the C2 map, I loved that map. C3S1, Poggies, so far not bad, the new shottys suck but the MK7 AR and SMG doesn’t, we got tilted back and we now have Klumbo Dino’s which are just adorable, snipers are okay but they hit their shots though, and we have the Spider Man mythics which are overall one of those items where you forget the game and just have fun with them (until you get shot and die of fall damage), and I’m liking the return of C1 POI’s, and the boat from C2S2. So that’s my opinion and I’m sticking too it, sorry about the essay.

I personally believe they rated chapter 2 season 2 and chapter 2 season 7 a bit low. In my opinion, season 2 should have been in poggies. Season 7, was the season with the most updates in chapter 2. It introduced the funnest items in the chapter like the inflate-a-bull, grabitron and that pistol which shot UFO beams.
chapter 2 season 2 was in my opinion the best season ever! we had vaults mythics and a lot of fun added. you also had a lot of spread on the map you have 4 corner POI and 1 center PIO and you also have a great weapon pool and that's also when they added a lot of tournaments for everyone who was not the best at the game. I don't know if this is right but I think this is also when the Hype Cup got its big lead into the game that made a lot of people like it. Also don't forget this is when quarantine started and everyone was suck at home playing Fortnite!
I mean to be honest, chapter 2 season 5 was not bad. Besides the fact that there were new mechanics regarding the new guns and the bar currency etc, this was the season that finally secured and started the fortnite storyline and made us truly understand the lore deeply
Yea it also had some really good map changes some good updates and was overall vibes people just hate on it bcuz it lasted too long and got dry towards the end
season 7 was amazing… planes were annoying when others used it, but were fun when u used them, we also got the hole snow biome added which was great, we got the return of the christmas skins, we got the sword that was broken but fun we also got introduced to the overtime challenges where we could unlock new styles for the battle pass skins & also the challenges to unlock the next battle pass for free. this season was amazing imo (we also got hoverboards and happy hamlet)
Chapter season 1 should be higher, considering how it was a whole new game. But no updates were kinda reasonable because it was a whole new map, new mechanics, new weapons etc. so taking our time to explore without any consistent updates is quite relaxing
This list is kind of crappy, the “pro players”, who ruined the game, don’t even pay attention to the actual season and only to competition, and then of course they complain about aim assist when they have so many other advantages
They had them there to give every perspective possible. Maybe needed only 1. They definitely swayed the list a whole bunch. Its all about the best comp season then it gets high placement
For me, Chapter 3 Season 1 goes in bottom god tier, because we know we're getting a weapon balance when the Tilted update goes live (in 10 days) and everything other than that is amazing.
I don’t get the hate for chapter 2 season 1. Lacey said it’s dogwater and everyone agreed even though he didn’t explain it. The season added fishing which is such a good pro item as well as a content item. Harpooning was also good content and is amazing in pro games today. None of the Pois were bad and nothing broke the game. It wasn’t god tier but I’d say it’s at least grindable and I’d put it at low poggies.
i think it was really really good at the start, but it just went on for soooo long without many updates. that season really burnt me out on the game and i pretty much stopped playing until chapter 2 season 8 lol
It was dry the loot pool was dry the map wasn’t as good as chapter 1 or 3 and it had no mobility items. It just got boring very quickly and personally I think it’s the worst season there was

I started in season 9 and I kinda miss season 9 map now but season 10 was the BEST season ever. I didn't like ch2 s1 and s2 and loved s3. Stopped playing in s4 and came back this season. This season is great so far
Completely agree with Kath on the latest season. It brought so many players back saying "fortnite is actually fun again." The competitive standpoint with the smg is not the most important imo. Fortnite feels fresh.
I actually like season 7 even though a lot of people hated it at the time cuz of planew and sword and other stuff that ruined building. But for enjoy player, it was actually very good season. Also it was christmas season as well so I have so much memories.
I 100% agree with their C3 rating: it can go either way. If we get shotgun buffs and an smg nerf, this’ll be my favorite season of all time, but if they don’t, I might quit grinding. Also they did C2 S2 so dirty there, easily God tier) This was when I got into Fortnite for the first time, landing Grotto every game… best season besides C2 S4 and early C1.
Honestly man, everything you just said I totally agree with, the shotguns do need to do some more damage, I also think that they need to shorten the reload time on the auto shotgun because it takes way to long to fully reload. The stinger smg is a good weapon but I have bad ping so I just get spammed through my wall every game, but other than that, ch. 3 can go either way. But ch 2 season 2, I agree with you they did it dirty, it’s easily god tier season for me and I would also land like grotto, agency, the yacht, or the shark every game. This when I also started really grinding the game and made a lot of memories from. But chapter 2 season 3 and 4, were also god tier for me it was just so much fun during these seasons. Couple other things, ch 1 season 8 is easily god tier, that is my favorite ch 1 season with season 5 being a close contender. Then I also enjoyed ch 1 season 9 and season x, I don’t think they deserve god tier but in my opinion they were still good seasons.
Chapter 2 season 2, 3, and 4 are the reasons the game didn’t die out in 2020 and they had good loot pools, the shotguns weren’t the worst things ever and I think early chapter 2 is very underrated, especially chapter 2 season 1, which felt like a new brand and fresh gaming experience from after chapter 1 to the start of chapter 2.
As a keyboard and mouse player I think that aim assist should be on controllers because without aim assist keyboard and mouse has even more of an advantage then it already has

Absolutely, I don’t think pc players actually realize how difficult it is to fight them. Like it’s nearly impossible to do anything but get beamed and one pumped by them. They have their whole arm to use for aim so it makes it incredibly easy for them. Plus they also have it so they don’t have to cycle through guns and meds because they have whole keyboards to just click a key to switch to a specific gun or build. They only thing we have is the ability to aim with an assist😂. But even with that that barely helps counter at all. We aim with our thumbs when they have their whole arm for range of movements so it’s incredibly easy for them to build edit and shoot all at the same time😂. If anything I feel that edits could be delayed a little so it’s not to the point we can’t even see them to shoot them in a build battle!
No way it’s went way down hill season 7 is way better bud they basically did sensory overload with the over the top shit they did and when they refreshed it the items were just shut the sweats have bias because it was peak for them and stable but they actual quality of a game and what makes it good we’re so bad and bland

Chapter 2 Season 1 was such a refreshing season for me. With the pois from chapter 1 cluttering up the map till season X, having a blank slate with a brand new map felt enjoyable since it felt like og fornite to me having new mechanics like fishing and swimming were great additions to match the new map. Regardless their ranking for it was a bit harsh but it made sense since it lasted for half a year and had little updates making it hard to continue playing I would rank it in meh but only if chapter 1 season 7 got moved up and season X moving down
Except it wasn’t like chapter one at all tbh the new items and so called refreshing was pretty shit items and maps and it only got ten times more cluttered and monetisation impacting the game
Season 5 was one of my favourite seasons... Not better that season 4 but with the new POV's... Alot of NPC's... Game breaking glitches with the exposed zero point and the sand tunneling zone rotation (even tho it was broken half of the time) it was really fun for me...
The fact that season 7 added creative and it added siphon to pubs immediately puts it into at least poggies plus the gameplay was personally the smoothest

Ok, this season doesn't need a aim assist nerf. It's because of the spray meda that people think it's all about aim assist. It got a huge nerf this chapter, KM players have and can beam people with a SMG, and they can track people in the sky way better than Controller.
I honestly loved season 9, some of the best weapons and maybe im bias with nostalgia but I still loved it and I think it should have gone higher. And id put season 8 in god, mainly because of the endgame ltm that was perfect and so much fun. Honestly, id but ch2s2 as the bwst season, the mythica and boases qere ao cool and fun and they kept adding cool things almost every week. Helicopters were some of the best vehicles ever.
Chapter 1 Season 7 should at the least be in the grindable category. I've played every season and that's definitely a top 5, maybe 3 season of all time.
imo Chapter 2 season 5 was great! The lever shotgun is still one of my favorites, I remember playing the Lazarbeam game mode with my friend and having so much fun. The sand tunneling was great, the Mando mythic were fantastic, but you can have your own opinion.
My friend and I are shook- we disagree with the placement of c2 s5 and c2 s8, We put them in either of the bottom 2 tiers for sure... we also disagree with c2 s6 and c2 s7 they definitely were really cool and introduced new and fun stuff Edit: c2 season 6 introduced the new crafting mechanic and the different bows, the wildlife, the center of the map was populated... c2 s7 had so many fun items, prop disguisers, inflate a bulls, UFO's and the mothership with old POIs and somewhat of a vault, it had all the summer LTM's, dropped a banger tune with sunny's song, believer beach looked fresh, corny complex was cool and gave insight into some lore witu slone and the IO, c2 Season 7 was so fun to play from beginning to end... even if c2 s6 stays lower down, i think its criminal that c2 s7 is so low down imo
I understand sometimes epic takes time to make content but sometimes they leave the game with less stuff on purpose so you use other stuff (imo) like how only swimming and boats were ways to travel the map for a while.
I get that people think very highly of season 5 but remember it was the first season of fortnite where people started to actually hate the game. This is when they added the shotgun switch cooldown, and shotguns got a huge nerf in general. This was the spray and pray meta remember! Drum gun, P90 were op!
So true. I've always considered 5 worse than 2, 3 and 4 but it's been so long I've forgotten the reason. Watching them talk through season 5 I started to doubt myself and maybe season 5 was better than 4. But just looking at one or two points for each season like events or new places doesn't give you a perspective of how enjoyable the season was. Like season 9 was undeniably less enjoyable than all the previous seasons for most people (which is when the game began to lose popularity). But if you just look at key events like the World Cup and the futuristic stuff looking aesthetically pleasing you can be fooled into thinking it was as enjoyable or more enjoyable than the seasons before it.
I feel like its unfair to rate the season on the 'feeling' because in that case the first season always win in everything. I think its a lot more fair to rate them mechanicly but yeah i dont make the rules
i think "feelings" should come into play too because you also have to think how that season made you feel and for the first seasons it was exciting, something new and it was just fun.

Are u guys crazy. Chapter 1 season 7 top 5 all time. Christmas, so it was fun with snow. Good lobby music. Frozen peak was a good spot to land. Planes were fun for casuals. So many memories were made this season. Chapter 2 season 2 also really good. Agency still one of the most fun places to land, and the vibe was there. Chapter 2 season 4 was so bad for casuals because that was the first real season that sweats destroyed the game.
Unpopular opinion but I loved season x. I wasn’t really a pro so I didn’t care about the mechs and the content and nostalgia alongside the event was phenomenal, but my favourite season would probably be season 8 it was just so stupid and fun throughout it all and I loved it

C2 S2 was an amazing season in my opinion at the top of poggies it was so much fun especially during the pandemic. Legit chap 2 S2 was the best for me as a controller player that wasn’t great. Skins, pois and vents were awesome and it was the first season I felt comfortable dropping at contested pois

there was wayyy too many low tiers. you really needed to add more good tiers since you could only really put all the OG seasons in “poggies” or “god tier” it made it impossible for them to properly express how they felt

In my opinion, Chapter 2 season 7 was my favorite. this was around the time when I actually became good at the game, and it was really enjoyable for me. there were recon scanners and railguns and UFOs didn't bother me that much. also there was the one IO drop spot that I always landed at with the bois and there were 4 or 5 IO chests that were guaranteed at least 1 recon scanner. and also there was also the Corny Complex POI and the little alien believer campsites with the crashpads.
i actually really enjoyed season 9 and ch. s. 5 Season 9 was my peak season in chapter 1 and season 5 chapter 2 was juts really fun for me. idk, everyone has different options

Best season without a doubt was Chapter 1 Season 5 no questions ask. In my opinion the worst season was Chapter 2 Season 3, the water was cool for about a week and then it just got annoying, the Mythics and the Battle Pass in C2S2 and C2S4 were so much better in every way. I not a pro player in any way so I have no say in how good this season was for pros but for a casual player this season was terrible, and this is the only season I didn't finish the battle pass. Also, sorry Lufu love your skin, but a skin is not going to make a season good or bad.
completely agree with kat that the marvel season was overhyped. i rarely dropped stark industries because it was just one spacious building filled with annoying robots. the agency and authority were one building too but there was more to explore there. the mythic super powers were creative but some of them were really annoying and op, specifically the iron man unibeam. really boring battle pass too since i don't care about superheroes, in fact it's the only battle pass i kind of regret getting. the only skin i really liked from it was mystique. I think a big reason people love that season so much is because fortnite bros simp marvel

Everything was ok but I'm with Radius on this one. The primal season was actually one of the best ones, it added all new guns to the game and the bows for pro gamers were insane. I would have moved it up to pogges tier.
I have too agree, I liked chapter 2 season 6. It was underrated and the primal weapons were not that bad. People just always crafted to normal went so they did not get to experience the new weapons very much. Bows were amazing, probably my favorite part of the whole season.

season 7 was amazing… planes were annoying when others used it, but were fun when u used them, we also got the hole snow biome added which was great, we got the return of the christmas skins, we got the sword that was broken but fun we also got introduced to the overtime challenges where we could unlock new styles for the battle pass skins & also the challenges to unlock the next battle pass for free. this season was amazing imo (we also got hoverboards and happy hamlet)

Chapter season 1 should be higher, considering how it was a whole new game. But no updates were kinda reasonable because it was a whole new map, new mechanics, new weapons etc. so taking our time to explore without any consistent updates is quite relaxing

I don’t get the hate for chapter 2 season 1. Lacey said it’s dogwater and everyone agreed even though he didn’t explain it. The season added fishing which is such a good pro item as well as a content item. Harpooning was also good content and is amazing in pro games today. None of the Pois were bad and nothing broke the game. It wasn’t god tier but I’d say it’s at least grindable and I’d put it at low poggies.
i think it was really really good at the start, but it just went on for soooo long without many updates. that season really burnt me out on the game and i pretty much stopped playing until chapter 2 season 8 lol
It was dry the loot pool was dry the map wasn’t as good as chapter 1 or 3 and it had no mobility items. It just got boring very quickly and personally I think it’s the worst season there was

I actually like season 7 even though a lot of people hated it at the time cuz of planew and sword and other stuff that ruined building. But for enjoy player, it was actually very good season. Also it was christmas season as well so I have so much memories.
I 100% agree with their C3 rating: it can go either way. If we get shotgun buffs and an smg nerf, this’ll be my favorite season of all time, but if they don’t, I might quit grinding. Also they did C2 S2 so dirty there, easily God tier) This was when I got into Fortnite for the first time, landing Grotto every game… best season besides C2 S4 and early C1.
Honestly man, everything you just said I totally agree with, the shotguns do need to do some more damage, I also think that they need to shorten the reload time on the auto shotgun because it takes way to long to fully reload. The stinger smg is a good weapon but I have bad ping so I just get spammed through my wall every game, but other than that, ch. 3 can go either way. But ch 2 season 2, I agree with you they did it dirty, it’s easily god tier season for me and I would also land like grotto, agency, the yacht, or the shark every game. This when I also started really grinding the game and made a lot of memories from. But chapter 2 season 3 and 4, were also god tier for me it was just so much fun during these seasons. Couple other things, ch 1 season 8 is easily god tier, that is my favorite ch 1 season with season 5 being a close contender. Then I also enjoyed ch 1 season 9 and season x, I don’t think they deserve god tier but in my opinion they were still good seasons.

Chapter 2 season 2, 3, and 4 are the reasons the game didn’t die out in 2020 and they had good loot pools, the shotguns weren’t the worst things ever and I think early chapter 2 is very underrated, especially chapter 2 season 1, which felt like a new brand and fresh gaming experience from after chapter 1 to the start of chapter 2.
Also chapter 2 season 2 got me back into Fortnite. I didn’t really care about chapter 2 season 1 and most of the seasons before.

Absolutely, I don’t think pc players actually realize how difficult it is to fight them. Like it’s nearly impossible to do anything but get beamed and one pumped by them. They have their whole arm to use for aim so it makes it incredibly easy for them. Plus they also have it so they don’t have to cycle through guns and meds because they have whole keyboards to just click a key to switch to a specific gun or build. They only thing we have is the ability to aim with an assist😂. But even with that that barely helps counter at all. We aim with our thumbs when they have their whole arm for range of movements so it’s incredibly easy for them to build edit and shoot all at the same time😂. If anything I feel that edits could be delayed a little so it’s not to the point we can’t even see them to shoot them in a build battle!

Chapter 2 Season 1 was such a refreshing season for me. With the pois from chapter 1 cluttering up the map till season X, having a blank slate with a brand new map felt enjoyable since it felt like og fornite to me having new mechanics like fishing and swimming were great additions to match the new map. Regardless their ranking for it was a bit harsh but it made sense since it lasted for half a year and had little updates making it hard to continue playing I would rank it in meh but only if chapter 1 season 7 got moved up and season X moving down
Except it wasn’t like chapter one at all tbh the new items and so called refreshing was pretty shit items and maps and it only got ten times more cluttered and monetisation impacting the game

Ok, this season doesn't need a aim assist nerf. It's because of the spray meda that people think it's all about aim assist. It got a huge nerf this chapter, KM players have and can beam people with a SMG, and they can track people in the sky way better than Controller.
I honestly loved season 9, some of the best weapons and maybe im bias with nostalgia but I still loved it and I think it should have gone higher.
And id put season 8 in god, mainly because of the endgame ltm that was perfect and so much fun.

Chapter 1 Season 7 should at the least be in the grindable category. I've played every season and that's definitely a top 5, maybe 3 season of all time.
imo Chapter 2 season 5 was great! The lever shotgun is still one of my favorites, I remember playing the Lazarbeam game mode with my friend and having so much fun. The sand tunneling was great, the Mando mythic were fantastic, but you can have your own opinion.
My friend and I are shook- we disagree with the placement of c2 s5 and c2 s8, We put them in either of the bottom 2 tiers for sure... we also disagree with c2 s6 and c2 s7 they definitely were really cool and introduced new and fun stuff
Edit: c2 season 6 introduced the new crafting mechanic and the different bows, the wildlife, the center of the map was populated... c2 s7 had so many fun items, prop disguisers, inflate a bulls, UFO's and the mothership with old POIs and somewhat of a vault, it had all the summer LTM's, dropped a banger tune with sunny's song, believer beach looked fresh, corny complex was cool and gave insight into some lore witu slone and the IO, c2 Season 7 was so fun to play from beginning to end... even if c2 s6 stays lower down, i think its criminal that c2 s7 is so low down imo
I understand sometimes epic takes time to make content but sometimes they leave the game with less stuff on purpose so you use other stuff (imo) like how only swimming and boats were ways to travel the map for a while.
I get that people think very highly of season 5 but remember it was the first season of fortnite where people started to actually hate the game. This is when they added the shotgun switch cooldown, and shotguns got a huge nerf in general. This was the spray and pray meta remember! Drum gun, P90 were op!
So true. I've always considered 5 worse than 2, 3 and 4 but it's been so long I've forgotten the reason. Watching them talk through season 5 I started to doubt myself and maybe season 5 was better than 4. But just looking at one or two points for each season like events or new places doesn't give you a perspective of how enjoyable the season was. Like season 9 was undeniably less enjoyable than all the previous seasons for most people (which is when the game began to lose popularity). But if you just look at key events like the World Cup and the futuristic stuff looking aesthetically pleasing you can be fooled into thinking it was as enjoyable or more enjoyable than the seasons before it.
I feel like its unfair to rate the season on the 'feeling' because in that case the first season always win in everything. I think its a lot more fair to rate them mechanicly but yeah i dont make the rules

Are u guys crazy. Chapter 1 season 7 top 5 all time. Christmas, so it was fun with snow. Good lobby music. Frozen peak was a good spot to land. Planes were fun for casuals. So many memories were made this season. Chapter 2 season 2 also really good. Agency still one of the most fun places to land, and the vibe was there. Chapter 2 season 4 was so bad for casuals because that was the first real season that sweats destroyed the game.
Unpopular opinion but I loved season x. I wasn’t really a pro so I didn’t care about the mechs and the content and nostalgia alongside the event was phenomenal, but my favourite season would probably be season 8 it was just so stupid and fun throughout it all and I loved it

C2 S2 was an amazing season in my opinion at the top of poggies it was so much fun especially during the pandemic. In my opinion, Chapter 2 season 7 was my favorite. this was around the time when I actually became good at the game, and it was really enjoyable for me. there were recon scanners and railguns and UFOs didn't bother me that much. also there was the one IO drop spot that I always landed at with the bois and there were 4 or 5 IO chests that were guaranteed at least 1 recon scanner. and also there was also the Corny Complex POI and the little alien believer campsites with the crashpads.

Best season without a doubt was Chapter 1 Season 5 no questions ask. In my opinion the worst season was Chapter 2 Season 3, the water was cool for about a week and then it just got annoying, the Mythics and the Battle Pass in C2S2 and C2S4 were so much better in every way. I not a pro player in any way so I have no say in how good this season was for pros but for a casual player this season was terrible, and this is the only season I didn't finish the battle pass. completely agree with kat that the marvel season was overhyped. i rarely dropped stark industries because it was just one spacious building filled with annoying robots. the agency and authority were one building too but there was more to explore there. the mythic super powers were creative but some of them were really annoying and op, specifically the iron man unibeam. really boring battle pass too since i don't care about superheroes, in fact it's the only battle pass i kind of regret getting. the only skin i really liked from it was mystique. Everything was ok but I'm with Radius on this one. The primal season was actually one of the best ones, it added all new guns to the game and the bows for pro gamers were insane. I would have moved it up to pogges tier.

I have too agree, I liked chapter 2 season 6. It was underrated and the primal weapons were not that bad. People just always crafted to normal went so they did not get to experience the new weapons very much. Bows were amazing, probably my favorite part of the whole season.
