I don't think people understand her sarcasm in this song. I'm sure she isn't that consumed with being famous or she would have switched her style (which is phenomenal and greatly underrated) up a long time ago to be accepted by mainstream music. Its kind of like her song Mascara on the reality show album. I think it's more to make people look at themselves a little deeper. Be you and stop needing acceptance.
