A Lot of good in this video guys! I would suggest keeping the same sound quality with the interview, it would be good if the guest was mic'd up in that sorta big room. Was hard to understand. Next I think having a titles for the main points would help the flow of the video in text, like "Your Happy Place" to find calm after a bad beat. Or "in the zone " I liked the lead up at the beginning to foreshadow. A bit more structure throughout and there is a lot of good info. Just trying to help make it more digestible ! The description is losing major value that we could improve. If you need any help let me know,

I love your Vids, condense information, innovative and insightful.
I am highly self- manipulative. I see ankering (anchoring is the correct term imo) more as a lifestyle instead of first aid style.
I followed teachings of Eckhart Tolle almost half my life. Breaking the conditioning.

Shame about the sound quality m8 in that room, not wanting to knock and thumbs up but a decent mic or two can be had for a few buy ins

Statistically speaking, there aren't many winning players. Do any techniques or skill set matter, when the game is 90% luck based?
I mean, tournaments are largely based on draws more so then cash games.
Hendon Mob (world's largest data base of professional cash game players) indicates that less than 1% of all players make money throughout their lifetime...
So, statistically speaking you could walk into a poker room with a dozen full ring 9 player tables, or 18 6 player tables, and based on per cap metrics, only 1 player makes a profit in that whole entire poker room.
If the game were skill, you'd have at least 1 player pre table winning.. At least closer to 10%.. But, this clearly isn't the case.
More studies suggest that actually less than 1/3rd of a percentile of online poker players make profit in any given year..
I think even slots may have better odds..
