With the fact that the Parliamentarians were all quite and glued to this intellect means alot.
Watching this for the 4th time now. Sputa always arms himself with knowledge and addresses issues with facts. Government needs people like these to run the country.
Ramokgopa, I've watched him being interviewed all I can say this dude is smart and also has facts 🤝
Well spoken Ramakgopa
@@CometMpengula being put in such difficult portfolio I can gladly say he has outshine that portfolio, wouldn't mind him being the president of the country in near future due to his transparency
@@nkosingiphilemthembu5786 100% correct KR for president
Say that again ❤❤❤❤❤
Very eloquent he speaks from the heart akalokhu ejeqeza into ayibhalelwe kwi fone. Hence he said 12 minutes it's a journey if you don't know what to say 😂😂 I loved that 👏best presentation of the day. We thank your parents for raising a smart young man like yourself who doesn't have to be rude, vulgar or disrespectful to put his message across you going places my son will pray for you 👏🙏
The greatest speech in parliament since president Mbeki’s “I am an African”
I was in my lounge applauding this genius. He really took it all in, added the love of god and threw it right back at the opposition.
Absolute Masterclass
He’s actually someone who seems to understand the urgency that the country is facing.
Ra mokgopa is an intellectual experienced engineer that the country needs we salute you pass your expertise to the younger wants for future generations thank you
This is the qualification we should honour, respect and admire. No insults, no disrespect to anyone, pure classic, genuine and heartfelt presentation.
This is what we call natural wisdom. He does not flaunt his knowledge but put facts on the table that even laymen can understand
@@dikeledilebeloane2044the fact that he delivered his speech without anyone raising a point of order speaks volumes 😊
MOST POWERFUL SPEECH FRM A CRITICAL THINKER
South African Parliament needs more and more of this, the class, the decency, the honorableness, the finese, am going to watch again😅, and probably again and again. Very refreshing excellent standard, high, very high.
young blood ,I respect him, with Anc old school, nowhere we are walking😢😢
The EFF were spell bound they failed to come up with frivolous points of order.
I follow Ramokgopa and Gayton, Cyril is a visionary who made wise choices in appointing these ministers. This has renewed my hope. Competent individuals are countering those who promote divisive agendas for personal gain, striving to destabilize South Africa. However, they have underestimated one thing. The southern part of Africa, South Africa, is under the protection of Almighty God, who has shown favor to the country and its people. We are destined to become global leaders. The world is already watching the Government of National Unity closely. May God bless South Africa and its people.
Now this is the kind of people we want in positions
Yes on the speeches but are they going to deliver?
@@thulas6928Haven't they?
@@thulas6928 don't be a fool, he has explained his accomplishments already. Watch this space
@@thulas6928 Probably not I already see an article where he said power is jeapordised as municipalities owe 78 billion.

Sputla sputla❤, if we put right and qualified people in critical positions South Africa will bounce back. 😅😅😂
Thank you Kgosientsho Ramokgopa for such an intellectual debate and clarifying those who their debate is motivated by anger because they thought they can hold ANC hostage with their demands. That level of engagement is beyond their comprehension. Thanks for exposing who they are, they have no interest in the poor but their own selfish interests.
30 years in Government but there's a lot of places without clear water...local Manucipalities are run by Mafias. Good Speach yeah its not for the first time. Only kids will be impressed by this. Million of Rands to revamp Thembisa Hospital Stolen by the very Anc guy , SETA monies never reached the youth who were registered for Training programs.....there's a lot.
No point of order 😂😂 , the speaker knows his story
Kkkk😂
This is one of the greatest had ever made in the Parliament. Not PhDs that we are told about with little or no substance
Wow!!Dr Ramokgopa this country needs the person of your caliber, continue to educate the rest‼️💯👌👌💪
I really appreciate that in the ruling party we have deep thinkers like honorable minister of Electricity and energy.
This man is going places, watch the space❤
This guy is god I remember hima as a mayor of Tshwana everything was in order.
The man spoke with no paperwork what brilliance well done standing aviation 😅😅😅😅😅😅
damn he is not even ready....this dude is very smart
This is the only ANC cadre who speaks sense.
Wow. Smart man. Unfortunately a lot of his wisdom and knowledge will go over some peoples heads.
The calibre of minister we need to take this country forward. Well done Sputla. Our electricity supply issue at Eskom has been put to bed
Is this minister in any of the universities? He should be lecturing, he is so good than many of the socalled loose professors we see online. This is what South Africa needs, real cream of cream. I have listened to it more than 10 times
He is so smart that I don't understand a word he is saying. My goodness.
😂😂thought I am alone
This is a deliberate - calculated - orchestrated move - the dude is not fumbling - this is what fellow South Africans are looking for - not much - just human beings with an ability to account for their actions. People who find systems to super exploit their renewable endowments🙏
Minister you are the best
I like you minister
And I would say,I love minister Ramokgopa. He is so good in speech and his works are evident (the lights are still on even long after may 29👏👏‼️).
Minister Of Sports Gayton McKenzie can learn a lot about preparation, reading, intelligence, public speaking, decorum and presentation from Minister of Energy Sputla Ramokgopha. You don't have to act like a clown and shout all the time to get a powerful point across Mr Gayton.
Agreed 💯
Auw mara 😂
We have very capable folks in SA!
The speech that was well delivered.
It's how everyone is listening attentively
We need people like Ramokgopha in our country not people who always criticize with no solution to our problems. What we need as South Africans is service delivery. We are sick and tired of hearing boring speeches. Viva Ramokgopha viva.
The guy is intelligent 👌
This has been the best speech in this parliament by far. The political landscape would benefit from more individuals with this level of insight and capability. Their involvement could contribute to positive change in South Africa, potentially improving conditions for citizens across all demographic groups.
The next President of the country
You're very intelligent and highly energetic
Big up sputla I wish we had more leaders like you in the ANC.
You must sit with dictionary when listening to sputla😂
He is too high level for most of them. They are quiet because they can't understand what he is saying. He's got the best of both, Education & Political finesse.
Thank you Sir, your service is well appreciated. Less loadshedding now, I respect you for that Sir, Thank you for the excellent service🙏
I don't care anymore about speech. I want to see the lives of South African improving
The minister is one of the shining lights in current administration.
The eloquence and emphasis, just like Pres Thabo Mbeki❤. I can confirm that South Africa has great minds. With lots of love, from 🇿🇲

@@mphorakabe8463
He has every right to say that. He is completely correct in his assessment
Mxm he was just wrapping up what was being said by other MP's,ayikho into emangazayo kule-speech sakhe🙄
Do you really expect him to resolve the power generation and transmission overnight? So far, I'm more than happy with his performance as the minister of electricity. Rome was not built in a day, if we didn't have the 3rd force working against the state, we wouldn't be going through some of the hardship we are going through. Our own black brothers are holding the state ransom for their own selfish agenda. Public projects meant to uplift the masses, especially in the townships and rural areas, are dormant because of business forums better known as construction mafias. If you check their composition, they're mostly made of black men and women. Most of them have incomplete and abandoned tender projects. They now resolve to block those who are competent in order to hide their incompetency. It's sad
Congratulations to Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa for educating your comrades and opposition groups about the three pillars the President referred to in very simple terms. My possible vote for you as President of GNU five years from now..❤😂
SA need this kind of man
very profound speech............
what i am partly happy about in regards to the GNU is that those in the ANC who are doing good work and were potentially being pressurised to compromise by corrupt ANC politicians, will finally be able to do their job and be held accountable and recognised for it.
It’s the best speech!!!! But ke it flew over the domkops of MK and EFF
You're very correct comrade! They won’t understand anything! That is a person who know what he is talking about! He fixed eskom and energy crisis! Load sheding is over!
@@mongamelianthonymehlwana2765 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣good one🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I thought he was minister of electricity
@@RB4286 Yes! Even though he is he still has to show FULL Understanding of how the WHOLE HOUSE is structured and functions! That is the Fundamental basis of being A or THE Minister if you don’t know!
@@benmotsumi5748 Show to whom if I may ask? Unless you are in denial this house you're referring to has been regressed into arguments between GNU and the opposition, with each side picking on the other on scandals and educational levels. My opinion is that they're overdoing it, I don't mind them joking here and there but we can't have a minister structuring his entire speech on attacking back or inciting another block. Hayikhona SA is in deep economic crisis, we need assurance from Parliament that this is the best place to spend our lives and raise our families.
A real parliamentarian .No circus ,no point of order (Ndlozi)respect and dignity) This is what we call a parliament speech.
Well done Sir.
When he himself doesn't provide a valid and supported counter argument, quoting studies that he doesn't reference. He might as well be making these studies up since he doesn't point us to them to validate his point. Grandiloquence!
EXCELLENT
Articulating every word. Big brains on the podium❤
Teach them how to speak to old people Kgosi ❤❤❤❤
Everyone don't understand when fundamentals are explained they make noise where there's someone criticized and this is a best argument on how but i know he won't do anything
Broad scope has been demonstrated by this Minister 💯💯💯❤️🧠
Best speech by a mile! Thank you minister
Cant you be the president of the anc already, you seem to understand what you saying, unlike most of your peers within that community old people...always loved this man
What speech Sir.We salute you.

Wow
Ramakgopa, can give big English because his position was was created for him, and formal position but other people belong to R350 Thanks minister for your big words but people wanting better jobs jobs too. Not crumbles.
Indeed it was the best
so articulate!
This guy is scholar. If you get a masters and you don’t reason on this level. I don’t know what you are doing.
So true.....
You got to love Ramokgopa when articulating the program of action, in him we see hope for our people
Wow ,what an elaboration of GNU educating the so-called Dr Hlope and EFF
I love you News good amen 🙏 Jesus amen ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ramaphosa looks like a proud father😅
The reason we had political organizations ANC pple need to be reminded 😮 the fundamental foundation of liberation struggle was about the Land 😊 so if u invite and collaborate in national government with those who against that highest principle u are an outright sellouts PERIOD. ALUTA CONTINUA
Its lie about load shedding, where we live since after elections we have something called load reduction till date: today is @16:30-19:00😢😢 @ Rambrant and the surrounding east sides
He singlehandedly educated the whole house Best Speech ever 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
Minister Gobbledygook technical language is no sign of intelligence , we need people like Gayton MacKenzie, doers not big talkers, this is no high school debate
There will always be someone like you who tries to dim other's lights. You are swayed by loud noises and playing to the gallery, so much so that you ignore factual presentation and gets consumed by theatrics as your reality. This country doesn't need opinions of the likes of you, maybe you are an EFF supporter, hence you get pained by intelligent engagements, unlike the usual clowning around that they normally present. Superiority is always better than mediocrity, learn and empower yourself to be a better person.
He oozed wisdom and facts that i doubt any of mk and eff understand anything he said. We are dealing with technical engineering knowledge. All they know is to insults people, check their replies even on this. Insults insults and insults jeh
Oblivion is a great entertainer.
Clever blacks applauding his speech forgetting his the reason the electricity tariffs are so high in this country
Yes, the electricity tariff is too high its becoming unaffordable.
You're right!
I'd say it's all to serve the two to satisfaction: 1 the public will have electricity even though it is almost unaffordable and 2 the looters will have a sway in making money.
🙏🙏🙏 Well spoken
A very informed and competent minister. Keep up the great work!!
Great words
Super! 👍
I'm inspired, his strengthing the Veluse to those who are disrespectful to others 👌🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
What an amazing man 🎉🎉and so well spoken.
This is another level..... Malema must learn.
❤
Yeah he used fancy words, but beyond that he didn’t really say much. The standard is very low if this is considered excellent.
He just gave me hope this one, powerful indeed. VBS has exposed Malema's greediness. It was not legally wrong to take VBS money, but it's morally wrong.
Dnt we don't have load shading here emakhaya we have no electricity at 5_7 morning 5_7_evening
Its a very cute speech. But let's see if their actions will speak louder than their words. And also reap the rewards, for South Africans.
This man is the next PRESIDENT OF SOUTH AFRICA! I nominate him on the MULTI ANALYTICAL ApPROACH to the whole thing! But i am very SCEPTICAL of his criticism of THE WEST! He should not rush into that!
I like the MALEMA OXYMORON labeling!
You were very very DEEP for other parties! They are not understanding you!

Excellent speech ever had best of the best 🎉🎉🎉
This Man 👨 he is feet to be a President of South africa 🇿🇦
Why do we assume that articulation in English quantifies intelligence and wisdom… the whole speech is regurgitative and riddled with jargon masquerading as intelligence
All we need is simple solution focused interventions to current crisis and how the GNU are planning implementation to eradicate the failures of government …
Hope they will utilities whatever literature their educated scholar provided after a substantial pay I guess, to move towards advancement of those opportunities.
Wooooow you jealous of the man ,he's always been brilliant, look ,he's stopped loadshedding, humba wena, 😂😂😂😂
Great point. I watched him on podcast and chill. Every question of alleged corruption or mismanagement he was able to answer and explain where the failures were and what happened. He is educated and is an engineer and he speaks from a knowledge base unlike many politicians. I must say I'm not easily impressed as well by people who speak well but he seems to know what he is saying because when asked to explain he can break it down for the average man. If indeed he is doing a good job at eskom he has to be given a chance to lead even bigger things
@@Ridiculous-671 which part of SA he stopped load shedding. Because theres load shedding in parts of SA, they changed the name to load reduction which I feel it's the same thing.. let's not be fooled by these politicians
