Yes it has palm massage (squeezing). The foot massage is both rolling and squeezing. Lastly, everything is in English. It won’t feel like some OEM China product.
Hi, I just got a Snowfit Romeo few days ago and tried for few times. May I ask you at both sides of the foot pedals area, are those also massage airbags? I noticed those never air pressurized. Only airbags at both sides of the legs area are working.
Hey! On the feet area there’s airbags to like push your feet down. And then as you know at the bottom are the rollers for the base of your feet. Did I answer your question? If something is not working you should definitely contact your sales person :)
Hey! I didn’t get to try that model but judging from the picture, I think the massage will be similar except that the uLove doesn’t have an arm massage. Not to mention it cost twice the price of the Romeo. The Osim chairs are good without a doubt, but they’re just too expensive for the same quality of massage as the Romeo. You’re probably paying a lot for AI & app control for the uLove.

I was looking at the 17K promo price haha. Yeah massages are subjective but for me when comparing against a few of the premium models, the Romeo is great. So why pay (so much) more?
Hi, do you mind telling me what made you choose the Romeo over the Elizabeth II/Serenity II? Was told by the Snowfit online rep that Elizabeth II has stronger intensity (which to me sounds like it's more closer to real massage since i usually feel nothing from low intensity ones). Appreciate your input :).
From what I remember, the Romeo has 9 auto massage and the Elizabeth has 6. However, the Elizabeth has 7 massage function compared to the 5 massage function in Romeo. From personal experience I felt like the Romeo felt better and was enough. This unfortunately needs to be tested in person to see your preference!
Hi nice review. Have you tried the Gintell Despace Star X? I have tried both the Snowfit Romeo & Gintell's waist & spine program and found that Gintell was slightly better. But I do agree Snowfit really provides great value & better warranty. Still undecided on which to purchase.
Hey! Thanks for dropping by :) I’ve tried it at a showroom (although not too extensively). They are pretty close in terms of massage quality (which just favours the cheaper Romeo even more!). I do the Extend massage program every few days, really love how it stretches your leg.
Thanks Ariff Got the Snowfit Romeo in the end. My favourite program is Royal Treatment. Gintell does better in body scanning and the foot roller, voice command which I didn't care too much. The rest were similar. The body scanning is easy to set manually. And after that it remembers the position of your shoulder. Thanks for your video introduction to this product

How you would say this chair compare to Ogawa, and others? Now everyone selling very cheap² and competitive price. Myself considering Ogawa Smart Reluxe as it sell only 6199 in shopee
They have to reduce the price because market disruptors like snowfit are killing them. Now you don’t have to pay such a wild price for a premium massage chair. Anyway, I haven’t had the change to try the Reluxe. The only difference I can tell from the website is that is doesn’t have the charger and speaker (which doesn’t matter for a massage anyway). I’d really ask if you can test the Ogawa out because I can only vouch for the Swowfit Romeo. Your body will tell you which is better.. or sometimes your bank account… hahaha

Their normal price is around 4-5k which i way cheaper than snowfit.

It’s pretty comfortable. Nonetheless the chair adjusts to your shape and a snug fit makes for a better massage!
