This is a buffed version of Wiki Sans that me and Discrepant created, he has different powers from the original, and is also stronger than the original Wiki Sans. We did this because we understand putting this guy up against Error404 is a huge reach, so we buffed him up quickly a bit.

Guys remember, his using fanon wiki sans for this so it would make sense for this fight to be a tie here since one of his abilities are copying other abilities from the wikis (like he did in this fight) shapeshifting and attacks that classic does but way more powerful (obv) and he also has more knowlege due to him being from a wiki site making him more self aware

Wiki Sans
Appearance:
Wiki Sans can shape shift into any character in any AU. However, Wiki will always remain pitch black. Wiki’s preferred form is that of classic sans (pitch black of corse) with its upper and lower jaw unconnected, unlike most sanses.
Origen:
The most likely way Wiki sans came to be was the result of a glitch on the wiki and came into being as a result of the collective fandoms ideas and theory’s about it. A sort of “living idea”. It is also possible that Wiki was around for much longer, and the glitches were just a peek behind the pages. But we do know that he wasn’t created by a creator or on purpose, it seemingly created itself. But no one knows for certain.
Personally:
Wiki sans tends to speak in Undertale quotes. It’s favorite being “do you think even the worst person can change?”. Wiki acts more like a person role-playing as classic Sans rather than an actual Sans. Perhaps it is just role-playing?
Relationships:
Wiki has no relationships.
Ability’s:
Shapeshifting - Wiki can shape shift into any undertale character from any AU. But it will always appear mostly pitch black.
Complete Arsenal - Wiki can copy any ability of any character in any AU no matter what it may be based on, even able to give itself rewrite. The only difference is that the ability itself will also be pitch black like the rest of him. Certain projectiles may just be darker that they otherwise would be. The stats and capabilities are all exactly the same. Even the blasters and Bones are just copy’s of others.
Ultimate Freedom - sense Wiki sans was not created by a creator, It is free from the typical laws and mechanics of undertale and its AU’s. This has both pros and cons
Absolute Immortality - Wiki sanses lack of mechanics means that he will remain unaffected by almost all forms of damage. Wiki still takes damage as a normal character would, it just doesn’t do anything.
Infinite Energy - Wiki sans seemingly has an endless supply of energy and never gets tired
Mind reeder - Wiki sans can reed minds. The full extent of this ability is largely unknown. It can read the minds of anything wether it’s from an AU’s or not.
True Omniscience - due to Wiki Sans existing all throughout the wiki itself, which contains all things undertale and the AU’s. it has an encyclopedic knowledge of everything. It knows everything about every AU and every character down to the smallest detail. It knows their name, history, personality, feet’s, ability’s, strength’s, weaknesses and basically everything else. It has even seen you.
Wiki key - Wiki sans is the only being that can enter the Wiki. He can also pull other characters into a tiny portion of the Wiki, but there stay is only temporary. Ant he is fully omnipresent in the Wiki, existing just beneath the pages and always looking back at the reeder.

The glitch affected many gifs and images in the wiki the most popular being sans because of his disturbing look. I believe the "creator" of wiki sans you are referring to is Hen. BUT hen never made wiki sans they where just explaining their head cannon of him, anyways I hope this clears things up

I get that this wiki!sans is not canon or whatever, but I still want to say how I think they differ.
Personally I think wiki!Sans is scarier, because when it comes down to it, he's not a living entity made from broken code, but rather a glitch of creation itself, where as 404 is a programming error. To put it in a comparative sense, 404 is like what would happen if Toby Fox made an oopsie and created something that has a power to create and destroy similar to himself. Wiki!Sans on the other hand is more like Toby Fox went to make something and afterwards questions if it made HIM instead, and what came first. He can remember making it, but something is WAY off when he thinks about it.

I think a better matchup would be regular Error Vs non fanon Wiki, but this was still pretty damn cool
Let me tell you why I think this isn’t a “tie” the reason for this is that 404 would’ve activated butterfly if he was on the point of dying. If you don’t know what’s his butterfly mode let me explain. The butterfly mode can only be achieved if 404 is almost dead which all of the power of the multiverse goes towards him. Which makes him pretty darn op. But he has a disadvantage, the mainframe (which is connected to 404 and what’s keeping him alive) is the one who gives him his powers. But if the mainframe does give him his op powers than wiki is screwed. (Also his powers are kinda randomized so he can’t use what power he wants) Also his final form b666 is high hyperversal to almost low outerversal. Which wiki is not. Not being toxic just explaining. Also just404 can’t be achieved since 404 isn’t with Osiris anymore

Best part about this fight is that there is literally no limit to what these characters can and can’t do.
404 Is of course one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse, however I doubt he knows about the existence of Wiki, due to him being a literal error in our world.
Wiki is the most enigmatic Sans out there, there is no definitive lore for him and he wasn’t created by a person, but by a real glitch.
Not even we know what his powers would be. So there is no limit on what these characters can and can’t do.
The God of God’s against The Enigma not even the multiverse can explain.

Just gonna say my opinion here, if you only represent their upper body with mostly same perspective over and over, the lack of dynamic can make it very stick, as well as the fight, it feels like a turn-based game when those two sans just attacking and dodging, it's repetitive, which in turn makes a bland plot. lastly, 3:35 what was that.
But don't get me wrong I like this and your art style a lot

Very fun to watch, animation was pretty well done. Though there was good moments to let the action breathe, I feel like there were a bit too many pauses-one of the inherent flaws in a lot of action fights I've seen animated honestly. Even so, it wasn't too noticeable and it was still really cool.
And whilst the entire debate of who's fanon canon facananonon is completely masturbatory, I would argue that there is no Sans stronger than Wiki sans, and for only one reason:
Other Sans came to life because of someone altering the character Sans and then giving that character life.
Wiki Sans created themselves, from nothing. No one "Created" Wiki Sans, they merely witnessed their birth.
