Hey I am saving for the constellation of both Neuvi and arli. I am f2p so, up to what cons should I go for both the characters? And are weapon a better choice towards cons?

C1 for Neuv and Arle will provide interruption resistance. Get cons for comfort and weapon if you need more dps.
