My powerful tip is this. The people that watch you dance don't know what to expect. You can do anything and they will just assume it's part of the act. Same I say to shy public speakers. The audience doesn't know what you are going to say. Only you know it. This advice seem to give people lot of confidence.
Don't look at the audience unless you have to I guess. Personally, I love being on stage.
I’m a dancer, and I know being out on stage can be scary. However, God gave you a special talent to use and share with the world. He has a plan for you and He wants you to be on stage sharing what you can do. Don’t dance to impress anyone. Express yourself. That’s what dance is all about. I have the WORST stage fright, yet last year I was in my school play, I was in a school dancing competition (ballroom dancing), and I did Jazz dance- even when I had to do my dance in front of hundreds. I only did that for one year though, it interfered with my soccer games too much and I hate make-up, but if I could do it so can you :) .

I seriously had a big procrastination just now. It was chaos, I tell you, chaos. I was crying, bawling and self-pitying myself. And then I was like, 'wtf am I doing'.
I started to look for music that will pump me up again. So I came across the piano 'study music' and it really wasn't cutting it for me. It made me sleep instead of trying to get you to work. But then I saw this and BOY AM I NAILING THE NEXT TEST

The lights flickered and then went off, then the sirens started, it was coming, we knew it wouldn’t be the last time.
Terror was striking the village like a lightning bolt once again. It was on the news every week. A strange fire-breathing yeti was starting fires all around the country.
Everyone was running out of their houses. It was chaos.
The fire burned brightly in the sky above us.
We hastily ran away from the flames.
I could smell the sickening stench of the smouldering sycamore trees.
I could taste the smoke from the fires in my throat.
We could hear the howling of the beast.
“Quick! Run! Don’t look back!” I shouted.
We ran from our houses towards the underground shelter as quick as a flash.
This had happened a million times before but tonight was just as scary.
It was getting dark, and we weren’t near the shelter yet.
The flames from the fire licked across the rooftops.
The fire was gigantic.
Suddenly I could see the yeti in the distance and the flames flying from its mouth. Run! Run! Run! I shouted as loud as I could. The beast was massive and everyone was terrified. The fire was cracking in our ears. The situation dramatically unfolded before our eyes.
Finally we reached the shelter door.
After we had all reached the safety of the shelter, we could hear the trees crashing to the ground.
We huddled together inside the shelter, squashed like sardines, touching each other.
The firefighters were very brave and the situation was very scary.
We silently listened from the shelter.
After several minutes the sirens stopped.
I slowly opened the shelter door. The fires had been extinguished and the yeti had finally disappeared. We would see the yeti again. There was always a next time. When would it end?
You should make a book out of this assuming from this you want to/are a writer

Life had been good,
The yeti hadn't come back, we rebuilt or houses. Our pasts. Now we were just moving onto the future.
I was only young back then, about 21.
I was in my house with my husband, richard, and daughter, Paris.
Me and richard had a fight the other night, so I suppose you could say we weren't on the greatest terms.
Paris was nagging me about something, probably the new Ariana Grande song.
She was obsessed with that singer, We always bought the new songs.
Richard came up behind me, he started talking about the bills.
*''Not Now.''*
I thought, Mumbling under my breath, they always nagged at the same time.
''Mama, Hear hear it!! its sooooooooooooo cool can we please please please buy it?''
''So if we put both our incomes for the past month, we can fill 3/4s but last time I~``
''Its almost as good as the last one mama! Come onnnn''
''But we also have the taxes to fill so-''

I couldn't take it, it was only coming in one ear and out the other, too much.
``Not NOW.``
I got up, going into my room and closing the door, only slightly could you feel the frustration in the door as it closed. We didn't slam doors in this house, Paris was only 6 and a 1/2, almost 7, it would be next month.
All of a sudden I heard *it*.
The siren.
Paris had rushed into my room, asking why the ''police's were being scary''
I stopped dead.
``RUN``
I shouted, pure panic filled my system.
Rushing out my room, I realized,
*We Didn't Get A Bunker.*
I knew I had to run though, so I did, I ran so fast, Paris being dragged by the muscles of my hand, her silky baby hear swimming around her shoulders and dancing onto her face. we'd HAD richard behind us.
