I was a white belt for 11 years due to inconsistency. I still suck. It’s more of a hobby or recreational thing for me now since I’m almost 40 years old. Helps with staying active and controlling my high blood pressure.
@@gardennovice7896 We'll said. I don't think most BJJ fanatics understand that not everyone gets into it to be a world champion BJJ machine. Plenty of people get into it as a recreational hobby. A way to stay in shape, socialize and have fun.
