    Cloud also happened due to timing of the zero interest rate env for a decade and the Cambrian explosion of startups

    Great episode guys! Question: Why is AWS "number 1" in cloud services? BTW, you're not the only ones saying this; I've seen this in many places. What metric is being used? I ask because Amazon reports AWS revenues (TTM Jun 2023) of $85 B M, but Microsoft reports Intelligent Cloud revenues (Jun 2023) of $88 B.

    I think AWS missing Kubernetes movement is a big one as Kubernetes is slowly evolving as the de facto standard around which PaaS offering are evolving
