What about if you are trying to schedule someone from 11pm to 7am?
Hi Jacob, thank you for your comment! You can still use our template to schedule your staff from 11PM to 7AM (by using the drop-down as indicated in the video). In order to avoid negative total labor hours, use the ABC function in Excel. To do this, type =ABS(E11-D11)*24 in D10. The same applies to all night shifts. Please DM us if you need help customizing your weekly schedule.

I need full schedule of 34 staff in three schedule,3 team for one week and 1 team Sunday shift the rest team is normal working hrs i.e 2:30LT to 11:30LT(3 team or 6 staff),
