Ladies and Gentleman!!! I am now making everything free 🙌🏾! Even all the Exclusive In Depth Videos on the YT Membership will be coming to the Main Channel. I don’t want to put this information behind a pay wall just in case it stops anyone from learning and getting better. I only ask, if these videos have given you substantial value, please join the YT Membership at what ever tier you’d like to support. This will allow me to keep channel independent and share new videos for you all every week 🙏🏾. Tiers are from $10/mth to $500/mth. All financial support helps, but this is not required. If you can’t support that way, please tell a friend about the channel to spread the word 😆. I am here to serve so thank you guys for finding me and getting value from what I’ve learned so far. I’m going to have new videos for you every week! Thank you in advance for your support 🤗. Comment below what video you want to see next! Oh, also there will be Full Live Mixes on the YT Membership too from Start to Finish 🕺🏾. Support the Channel Here 🙏🏾: ua-cam.com/channels/KiSPdjPgIqjrrCHhwgMXZg.htmljoin
Wow!! Thank you so much. I'm just getting started 😅. I have so many ideas for the channel. My question for you is, what is your single biggest challenge when it comes to mixing? Will love to make a video about it for you!
@@TheSwollenOne among my biggest challenges is "best practices to place keys/chords at the background , but also be heard relatively clearly , in terms of using reverb / panning, volume, compression or any other trick ". Thank you for the excellent videos !
I didn't do school and i started before UA-cam really got going, so I'm going through all your videos just to make sure i have the right idea when it comes to this audio. It's been a refreshing journey. I couldn't hear compression right away specifically, but i could use a compressor to get the tone i wanted right away. Once i could hear compression, it couldn't be unheard lol When is upward compression preferred vs downward? I find it much harder to control...
Wow! Thank you so much. I'm glad to be apart of your journey and help however I can. I feel you tho as far as hearing compression. Same experience! When it comes to upward compression maybe I could make a video on it. I'll think about that. I'd use it on drums room tracks to help bring the room tone up sometimes. I use it on vocals that I want to really be in your face. Maybe on an entire group of sounds or a mix to bring the level between the loudest and softest parts closer. Or to bring the sustain of sounds up some.
