Lorene Hi! I so enjoy your videos. Your work is just gorgeous, you've been a very busy lady. The sweet Veronique patterns so reflect your sweet nature and they are such a pleasure to see, truly beautiful. And your button cards are such a great idea, as is your bookmarkers
Love all your videos. I am close to a finish on my Herschners Christmas quilt. I am not as behaved as you. I have a tote of stamped lap quilts. Thank you for showing that you can make beautiful projects from DMC and 14 count aida.
Your buttons and bookmarks are absolutely adorable! That’s sweet your husband is so supportive of your talent. 😊 Miss Veronique totally suits your style. Very charming!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. I would give the toy soldier the other leg for Christmas. I also would love to see a tutorial on the corners and the button cards. Again Thank You for the lap quilt info.
Your button cards and bookmarks are adorable! Would love to see a tutorial. Happy Thanksgiving, Lorene! (By the way, I think I’d stay true to the story and leave the leg off - it’ll be easier to stitch and also make a great conversation piece!)
I would like to see how you made the corner bookmarks. I think the soldiers needs his leg completed or he needs a crutch instead of the gun on his shoulder. Your stitches are all very lovely. You are new to me so I subscribed and now I need to go back and watch your older videos. Happy Thanksgiving!
I think I would stick to the story of the Nutcracker and leave the leg off. It is a little unsettling, isn’t it? I would love a tutorial on making the bookmarkers! Happy Thanksgiving!❤
Love the bookmarks and button cards. I never heard the story of the Nutcracker but if it bothers you, change it and if you prefer to stay true to the story, stitch it as is. It's yours so do it your way. I have the Christmas book by Veronique but can't find it. Didn't look real hard yet.
Loraine, the little kids' pattern from the book is gorgeous. It looks like you have to change colors often. You stitch two strands of floss over one, correct? I would like to see how you make the bookmark. Thanks. Happy belated Thanksgiving.
Thank you! Yes, there are a lot of color changes but it really is worth it. Makes the stitching come alive. Yes, two strands of floss over one. I'm using 14 count white adia. :)
Love the button cards! Where do you find the vintage cards? I would have to give the soldier his missing leg! The corner page bookmarks are adorable. I think I have one in my stash I've never stitched on yet.

My opinion is I would have to add the leg. It would make me crazy otherwise.
Oh do not add the leg. I never heard this story.
Enjoyed seeing all your projects. Thank you
I respect the story about the soldier. But I would put the leg. She is dancing and he has no leg. It bothers me a bit. Linda from Rhode Island
