In most of the Tumwater neighborhoods, homes are pretty close together, especially on Tumwater Hill. That being said, theres quite a few areas of Tumwater where you can find 1/4 acre or more of land! And in the surrounding areas, like Olympia, Tenino, or Rochester, you can definitely find spots that have 5+ acres! Theres really quite a few options! Let me know if you've got any other questions.
