Do you have membership? If not thats why. You can't access all of your money. Or maybe you're at a vendor that requires marks alongside cash. (Source, Quarks, Valor, Etc.) Edit: or your inventory is full
Does anyone know how to get the void material other than booster gold? I am a free-to-play player and want to get it but 4600 quarks for the material will take a long time for me. Would anyone be willing to trade it with me for free? I mean I will try to find something to give to you but I don’t have all that much of good stuff. I ask all of this because I recently made a Red Robin character and really want the void material to get the “2 color cape” where the outside is black and the inside is yellow. Of what I have been told, the void material is the only way to do that. Due to this, I am desperate.

It's ok. Welcome to the game. Sadly it is a rare an expensive material at this point. But with a bit of luck they will release a similar cheaper material in the future. ;)
When your changing gear look at bottom of page it tells you what button to push to customise individual gear pieces, I wouldve told you however I dont know if your on console or pc good luck on the fashion show.

Another free aura anyone can get is the *Seafoam Aura* by entering the code "seizethethrone" in the MP redeem section 😉 (still works)
