I have almost 20 years playing guitar. I studied piano at College. Never got a deep comprenhension of the guitar even playing at the jazz ensembles. This lesson is truly valuable and useful!

I bought the course over a year ago, and have been getting a lot out of the lessons. The practice workshops are no joke - it took me many months to get through this one comfortably without pausing every few seconds lol. But the proof is in the pudding, my guitar skills have been blowing up!

an additional thing for stretching your hand: making a fist
keeping your arm with hand straight in a fist and being it down stretches the muscles that start to hurt with your pinky and ring finger

i'm sure I'll learn with time and have been trying to get theory down for the 5 or so months I've been playing guitar, but my puny brain is on overload trying to learn the musical scale on a deeper level. It's like a complete foreign language to me, at least the appregios and dyads/triads stuff. Smoke comin out my ears!

STRUGGLING with the Arpeggio exercise. I get the Major, relative minor, circle of fifths theory, but I don't know the 3 octave arpeggios shapes. He says to move positions every octave, which he does in C, but in the relative minor Am 20:36 does he only do 2 positions? In the full exercise playthrough it's sometimes 3, sometimes 2. How do I know what to play?
