As a Dad, you know how you can tell it was a perfect day? The big smiles on your kids face every time we saw them on camera. They had a blast… perfect day.
Exactly this! For everything that I love about DL, I will always remember my 2 1/2 yr old daughter’s first visit a little over a year ago. The first thing we did was ride Winnie the Pooh (her fav character & ride) & then have her meet Pooh outside the ride. The joy on her face as she saw & hugged Pooh made the entire day & all the $$$ completely worth it! ❤
Being with loved ones together and making lasting memories is always a perfect day no matter where and is also a gift. Enjoy your perfect days and gifts wherever you all go! My favorite land BTW is Fantasy Land. No matter how old I physically get, I'm still a kid at heart ❤
Always love your Disneyland videos! I try to like & comment each time no matter what to support the channel & your fam, so that’s what this is! Thanks so much! 🎉🎉🎉
Love how you made it a perfect day without trying to do it all. Something I know I really need to remember even though ours is a once in a lifetime trip.
I love how you ask what we want and make a vid on it❤ Something to learn from this video too is how to improvise from original plans and still be happy 😊 I love your content keep up the good work. ❤❤❤❤
I always appreciate how well you can pivot to the next best option when thrown a wrench in your plan. Thanks for sharing your experience with us! Something to learn every time!
Hi Traver! Fun video . Looks like a great day . I also want to call out how upbeat and positive your family is even when things go wrong. I know theme parks can be very stressful with the crowds and heat etc . Many times I’ve witnessed people having a full on meltdown due to stress lol . So props to you for always keeping cool . Enjoyed the video as always 😎😎😎
Hi James and family 😊 Thank you so much for asking your question. I would have to say mine is New Orleans Square. It has my favorite restaurant: Cafe Orleans and 2 of my most favorite attractions: Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion. I also love the shops and the view of the Rivers of America and Pirate’s Lair on Tom Sawyer Island. I think you had a perfect day because you spent time with your family, made happy memories AND saw the Disneyland baby ducks!!! Hope you are all having a wonderful evening 🤗
Yes, you definitely pulled off the perfect DL day!…. accomplished just about everything on your list, and you all seemed very happy, beginning to end!!… yay!…
This is an amazing video and truly a perfect day at Disneyland. My luck could never let this type of day happen. I would spend an hour in the RotR line and then have it break down. Very sad. I love your videos and I am looking forward to the perfect California Adventure day! (Day 3 of asking for Disneyland tickets)
Favorite land is Frontierland! Big Thunder is always my main priority during every visit and we ride it as many times in a row before park closing on our last day. Our record so far is 5 ☺️ Another great video! I’d love to see an updated “Things You Didn’t Know You Needed to Bring” video
Never had the monte cristo? That is always a must for my family and I. I would say my favorite land is New Orleans. I could always do without tiki room. Not a make or break for me. I think u guys had a perfect day!
My daughter saw you on the buzz ride and told us it was you and we didn’t believe her lol. We watched your videos before our trip, thanks! Funny we see ourselves on this episode!
I love these kinds of videos your family is so great! Do you have any videos explaining magic bands and are they worth it if you only go to Disneyland once a year?
I do have a video! I’m not sure it’s worth it for one time to Disneyland. But if you visit other Disney places throughout the year it can be. Because it’s useful even on cruises. EVERYTHING You Need to Know About MagicBand+ at Disneyland ua-cam.com/video/OMm3eS5R9Pg/v-deo.html
We rope dropped RoR, it wasn’t a long wait and it wasn’t broken, probably the only time I guess. I love this whole day. It sure is sad there’s no Haunted Mansion, it’s tradition. I’m sure it will be fantastic when it reopens! We LOVE all your videos and your wonderful family! Our kids really want to see the refurbished Tree House, I don’t suppose you could do that? We also love Indiana Jones! Thanks for doing this! Our kids only know Disneyland on Spring break so it’s always amazing for us! We couldn’t go this year unfortunately due to finances. So, we truly visit vicariously through your videos, really, the best! Also, the way we budget, we usually spend 4500$ for our family of 6, it can be done! Thanks again!
I’ll see if I can work it into one of our family vlogs sometime over the next few weeks. This coming weekend we are doing a DCA video. But two weeks later we will do a Disneyland one.
Maybe just special merchandise? They usually celebrate major milestones with exclusive merch. But they don’t really have anything for Mary Poppins now, so it’s possible they won’t even do that. But I wouldn’t put it past Jolly Holiday to have a seasonal dessert like a cupcake or something.
The perfect day at Disney is 20 min line waits at most and a cool day. No heat but sunny. And every time I go it's always like that lol. Idk why I keep getting lucky
Aloha ! HeyTravor! I blew out my knee and now can't walk as far or fast as the others in my party. I also have a hard time standing in a line. Could you do a blog (Vlog?) on ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and what to do to get access to rides? Which ones are "walk on" Wheel chair and ones you need to transfer from a Wheel chair or scooter. How to go about the process to get through DL and DCA on a pass. And who can come with you and how many in you party. Much appreciated.
I love seeing baby ducks that’s always ads to my day for me 😊 Also my favorite land is fantasy land adventure land and frontier land it’s hard to choose just one
I appreciate seeing one of these Perfect Days at Disney videos that isn't completely based around Genie+, I forgot how much you could do in one day even without using that lol
I can't decide what my favorite land is. I love adventure land and New Orleans Square, but I usually spend most of my time split between Tomorrowland and Fantasy land.
Hello! Love the videos. Me and my partner are going in just about a month to celebrate my college graduation. He lives in rural missouri and has never seen California or rode a rollercoaster. We are doing one park per day starting with DCA. For our disneyland day I would think to rope drop Space Mountain (I havent been in about a decade though so I might be wrong) but I think that’s gonna be too much for someone whose never been on a ride. What are the best rides to rope drop in both parks that are a little easier so he can work up to the bigger coasters? Thank you - sorry for the novel!!
Fantasyland is a great choice or Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. There’s a coaster in DCA, so you could see if he wants to do that on Day 1 and if he likes it, then he’ll be good for Disneyland because Incredicoaster is the fastest in the whole resort, and you see pretty much see the whole thing before getting on, so he won’t be shocked or surprised.
Thanks for these videos. Going the first weekend of May with our daughter, her husband and 2.5 year old. Can you still do “rider swap” (I think I that is what it is called) if there is a ride our little one cannot go on? I know there is single rider for Bob sleds, but what about thunder mountain or space mountain or Star Wars rides?
I say you guys had a perfect day. Amy got to see her baby ducks. What more could you want. I'm with her. I need to add Pineapple skewer to my list. Also the Monte Cristo. My favorite land is New Orleans. Adventureland is close behind.
I dont know if you've had a chance in the past, but the I lava you dole whip is such yummy special treat! its a citrus dole whip float in fanta with poprocks! lots of sugar, definitely one to share, but yummy on a hot day in WDW!! i believe its available at sunshine tree terrace!
My favorite land is a tie between adventure land and New Orleans square. I love adventure land because it feels so secluded from everything else and the atmosphere is wonderful and the rides there are great. And I love New Orleans square because of the food stores the secret areas like club 33 and 21 Royal and the rides.
I would say that fantasyland is my favorite, but when it gets too crowded, all I want to do is avoid that area. In that case, I would say that galaxy's edge is my favorite
Oh dang I wish I had reached out and we could have met you , Amy and the kids … we were actually looking for you guys all your videos helped a lot thank you so much we did the grill cheese and tomatoes soup the roo pass and busy pass and the single riders when we could all amazing help thank you again for these videos
That’s a difficult question! I didn’t get into Star Wars until I married my wife Amy. But I’d say what they’ve done with galaxys edge has been amazing! *also, with leaving earlier than closing, it looked like a pretty amazing day in itself!

It’s always a perfect day at Disney 🐭 when you pack your patience and kindness.
Absolutely! Doesn’t really matter what you get done, so long as you’re having a good time and not Mr. Grumpy Face. 🤣
Any day at a Disney park is a perfect day. 🥰
As a Dad, you know how you can tell it was a perfect day? The big smiles on your kids face every time we saw them on camera. They had a blast… perfect day.

As long as everyone left happy, then it was a perfect day. Favorite Disneyland Land=Fantasyland 🩷
Best land is “Main Street”. Hands down!
Always love your Disneyland videos! I try to like & comment each time no matter what to support the channel & your fam, so that’s what this is! Thanks so much! 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you! We appreciate the support.

We are going to Disneyland for our first time EVER in May. Thanks for this great, very informative and fun video!
Favorite land: Tomorrowland. Only thing I'd add to a perfect day is a Monorail ride. I can't go to DL without it.
Sir, your videos are my Bible when it comes to Disney, can't wait for October!!
James good question. My 2 year was watching the video when you asked the question. He immediately answered Disneyland. 😀
I always appreciate how well you can pivot to the next best option when thrown a wrench in your plan. Thanks for sharing your experience with us! Something to learn every time!

always love it when you upload
It was a perfect day at Disney for us thanks to all your tips and tricks. And getting to meet you today in front of Plaza Inn was awesome!
Loved this video! What a fun idea:)
I’m with Amy ❤ the baby ducks!
I will be there with my family after 12 years... I cant wait and I am loving your vídeos.

My favorite land is Adventureland-and the very tiny spot of New Orleans Square that has Pirates....which in my lore is still part of Adventureland.
Yes, you definitely pulled off the perfect DL day!…. accomplished just about everything on your list, and you all seemed very happy, beginning to end!!… yay!…
As far as I can see you all did have a Perfect Day! For as crowded as it was in the park, you made it look effortless. 😊
My favorite land is fantasy for the nostalgia
Tomorrowland has always been my favorite land.
Really is a perfect day! Thanks for the video Travor!
I love love love Bengal BBQ I’m so glad it’s included in your perfect day!
My favorite land is adventure land!
I was at cafe orleans recently and the beef bourginon is short rib! Excellent video as always ❤
New Orleans Squares is my classic fave. Black Spire Outpost is a close second.
To answer James' question, my favorite land is Toon Town. It feels the most immersive to me.
Agreed

Yes! The tropical serenade is amazing!!! My favorite snack to come from the 50th anniversary.
We haven’t tried that one yet. I’m actually not much of a float person, but I love POG, so I’m going to give it a try.
@@SoCalDisneyDad It's served with coconut soft serve and a delicious cake pop. if you love coconut flavor you'll love it since you like POG
What a Great Post, this is awesome !!🎉
I can't wait to visit! Your videos have helped us to plan our perfect day. Side note...if you are there when we are, do you take photos with 'fans'.
Now that does look like the perfect day!!
Favorite land is Frontierland! Big Thunder is always my main priority during every visit and we ride it as many times in a row before park closing on our last day. Our record so far is 5 ☺️
Another great video! I’d love to see an updated “Things You Didn’t Know You Needed to Bring” video
Favorite land - frontierland!
Crazy how much you did before sundown. You have given me hope, sir😂
Never had the monte cristo? That is always a must for my family and I. I would say my favorite land is New Orleans. I could always do without tiki room. Not a make or break for me. I think u guys had a perfect day!
Met you for 2 seconds waiting for Mickey and Minnie to start. Pleasure meeting you. Recognized you because of the glasses.
My daughter saw you on the buzz ride and told us it was you and we didn’t believe her lol. We watched your videos before our trip, thanks! Funny we see ourselves on this episode!
Favorite land is Fantasyland. You did both of my perfect day things so I would call it a perfect day
Hey I saw you there at pirates and I thought it was not you but now seeing this I saw you! I just came home sadly
I love Bengal BBQ! Thanks for sharing your perfect day.
I didn’t realize there was a crab in each scene. Good eye, Amy! Thanks for sharing that with us, Traver.
To answer James, my favorite land is New Orleans Square - Disneyland Pirates and Haunted Mansion Holiday are the best!
I love these kinds of videos your family is so great! Do you have any videos explaining magic bands and are they worth it if you only go to Disneyland once a year?

Perfect day for me has to have the Disneyland Band.
Galaxy's edge is my favorite land as far as experience goes! And my favorite foods are there 😋
I love your videos and enjoy all the tips you have for your viewers. Any chance of any future Disney cruises??
We will most likely do a more affordable cruise first to see how seasickness goes, but we would like to do a Disney Cruise eventually.
The perfect day at Disney is 20 min line waits at most and a cool day. No heat but sunny. And every time I go it's always like that lol. Idk why I keep getting lucky
Favorite land in the resort: Cars! In just Disneyland: Adventure!
Aloha ! HeyTravor! I blew out my knee and now can't walk as far or fast as the others in my party. I also have a hard time standing in a line.

The Monte Cristo is best with the preservative. Someday just try a bite.
James - my favorite land in Disneyland is New Orleans Square!!
Wow it looked like the perfect day!!😊 You didn't need Genie + and you got the list done. What day did you go?
We went on Monday, April 1st.
I love seeing baby ducks that’s always ads to my day for me 😊

I appreciate seeing one of these Perfect Days at Disney videos that isn't completely based around Genie+, I forgot how much you could do in one day even without using that lol
It’s so hard to pick a favorite land! Probably New Orleans Square or Toontown.
Great job man!
I have to see you get the Scat Cat beignets.
I can't decide what my favorite land is. I love adventure land and New Orleans Square, but I usually spend most of my time split between Tomorrowland and Fantasy land.
Favorite land? Adventure land!!! 🥰☠️🏴☠️🦜👻
My favorite land in the New Orleans area. Love the pirates and haunted mansion.
The Banyan beef skewer is my favorite snack at Disneyland. Bengal BBQ Love here
I would have to say Adventureland is my favorite land

Great video! I would have added a Tigger Tail treat after Winnie the Pooh! Coming in September!!!
Good question James! My favorite land is Toontown and always has been since I was a kid.
Second favorite is Tomorrowland.
James, my favorite land is Galaxy’s Edge! I’m a huge Star Wars fan!
Thank you for the video
Adventureland!

You can rider swap for the big rides for sure. Matterhorn and Space Mountain both have single rider lines as well as Smugglers Run.
I’m sure you have it somewhere but where are the best spots to watch parades from?
I love the pineapple spear covered in dark chocolate when it's seasonally offered but it is messy.
I say you guys had a perfect day. Amy got to see her baby ducks. What more could you want. I'm with her. I need to add Pineapple skewer to my list. Also the Monte Cristo. My favorite land is New Orleans. Adventureland is close behind.
We saw all the baby ducks on Wednesday in galaxys edge!

Cafe orleans SLAPS the food is probably the best in the park. I totally get why as a kid every single disney trip invovled a meal at cafe Orleans
Cafe Orleans has continuously remained a favorite for us and many.
A good Zoo I recommend you visit is the Denver Zoo
I would say that fantasyland is my favorite, but when it gets too crowded, all I want to do is avoid that area. In that case, I would say that galaxy's edge is my favorite
How did you know the nutrition data in your dinner?
Asked the family what their favorite land was: 3 said Star Wars land, 1 said Adventure Land.
When were you guys there for this video? We were there April1-4 I would have loved to say hi
This was April 1st.

My favorite land is Batuu/Star Wars!
what day did you record this video?
Monday, April 1st
If you order a kids meal at Café Orleans get the SHRIMP! 🍤 My granddaughter loves them! 😋 She's six.
We did see someone with a shrimp kids meal that looked a lot better than the chicken.
@@SoCalDisneyDad The chicken is tasteless and dry. It's unfortunate. 😝
The shrimp was definitely a hit with my 2 boys.
At cafe Orleans right now -first time
Enjoy!
That’s a difficult question! I didn’t get into Star Wars until I married my wife Amy. But I’d say what they’ve done with galaxys edge has been amazing!
