Miley is one of the most educated military leaders I have ever met.Many cousins of mine in Africa wish to join the US army just because of General Miley's Charisma and leadership excellence.

@@internaltissues5648 General Milley did not believe China was not a major threat. Called them a competitor, while China is been waging cyber war and stealing state and corporate secrets. Saw ISIS and eastern Europe as more concerning issues.
As you have mentioned, quote,‘’ General Milley did not believe China was not a major threat‘’, perhaps he didn't wanna pushing international competitors to be the direct enemies because more serious enemies mean dangerous military conflicts and other negative issues that would threaten innocent civilians. Modern military capacity development needn't have too many enemies like the Middle Ages or some military aggressions, that's far behind our consideration @@flashfuture27
