I would argue castle light is one of the safest due to the argument environmental hazard is a self defense mechanism like how when when in story when people raid the north which is a colder weather , it would self repel enemies due to how cold it is

If you're talking about lore Castle Light is 10/10 Safety (as long as u don't leave the castle) Akira and Klaris are there, and there aren't many monsters outside, if a huge war like hellmode/conflicts with other origins occurs (Which is extremely unlike, because divers are literally in the depths), they could try to contact Plekensty and their Authority allies (there are some EXTREMELY strong authority leaders) so the only real danger is the mobs and the fact that if u die there is no turning back, but ALL other factions are in a war, so everyone has to fight, even vigils because it's part of Etris territory.
i personally would have ranked fort merit safety: 4/5 lots of guards and commanders (held back by being a part of hive so its all around danger surrounding the place) accessibility: 1/5 its all the way at the EDGE of the eastern Luminant and they pretty much start off hating you so it could be a pain living there overall its a 5/10 not the best there is other options like probably being safer at miners landing which is also closer

greathive and vigils are my absolute favorite spawns but greathive should be getting a 4/5 for accessibility with the number of hoops you have to hop through and the fact the washing your face area is in a void zone. It should get a 2/5 or 3/5 on accessibility. Making it 7/10 or 8/10 is still one of the best options.

You missed what the puppet master report has to offer and you did a musstake when making the vid.. how the hell is etris and hive just as accessable when one of them has a teleport that legit takes you to the other.. like think stuff through
because etris doesnt have any requirements to get there and it has a teleporter, greathive has a bunch of teleporters but theres requirements to use them (washing ur face) and you cant actually get to greathive on foot. so yeah
I always thought greathive were very humble and cheery, mainly cause they have religious rules probably
