They answered a human question with an academic answer that they were prepped by the universities to give,” said Symone Sanders-Townsend. For any college president, plagiarism [even the accusation] is like leprosy. The academic world is not like the political hierarchy, these things MATTER!! As a graduate student, a finding of plagiarism was an immediate failure, as a professor's assistant removal. At a president's level of scholarship, the expectation is much higher.

1) Israel gives Palestine resources. It allows Palestinians to work in Israel. 21% of Israelis are Arabs (and racially the same as Palestinians) and they have the same rights as all Israelis. They warn civilians to leave the area before the military attacks. They don't attack unless attacked first. They have the power to level all of Palestine and they don't. They offer land in exchange for peace. If Israel supports genocide then it's evidently incompetent.
2) The Palestinians elected Hamas whose charter promises to eradicate Israel. It suggests that Hamas and a large number of Palestinians support genocide.

I attended University in Hawaii and the first thing professors present to us at the beginning of EVERY SEMESTER is the outline that also include NO PLAGIRISM & PARAPHRASING in any assessment we turned in throughout the semester. It's an automatic failure. That is one way to keep the schools honor code. As a Polynesian I'm glad that Claudine is out. And yes she was fired cause of plagiarism and her testimony on antisemism. One of the woman equated the way Arab students and Jewish students are treated on campus. It’s a subtle form of antisemitism. I haven’t heard about any Arab students being targeted or threatened, and I’ve followed this matter closely.

She then went on to say that words do not violate the code of conduct, only actions, insinuating that it's not a problem until you actually start being violent towards the Jewish people that you're terrorizing. Don't get me wrong, I'm pro Palestinian sovereignty. But that doesn't mean I can condone calling for a "second holocaust" the way so many Harvard anti-Semites have. Her failure to uphold the code of conduct at the House Committee would be call for termination anywhere, let alone one of the most "prestigious" schools in the USA. I think we’ve got to ask why the black woman who got picked was so incompetent. Let’s be real, there are a lot of qualified black women out there, but they likely lacked the right connections. They got passed over for a grifter, and the people who elected her didn't bother vetting her very well. Maybe we need to weigh connections and fame less heavily when we make decisions like this. Or maybe that's too much to expect from Harvard

Meritocracy is a myth. High level hiring is based on the old boys network. And minorities are traditionally outside that network.
