I went to India for four months, I met there some of the kindest and sweetest people in my life, the more I travel the more I love humanity. I have been in 4 continents and 33 countries, people is the same anywhere, working, dreaming, loving... Peace in the World!

its really interesting to see the reaction of the people. in japan nobody cares about the camera but in thailand and india everyone's turning around and is looking :D
arrived very late into del, ended up in this part of town at 3am in the morning was quite an experience - i had people coming out of the woodworks to help me
what you see is the old city. India has road network of 4,245,429 km, third largest in world. We would add about 600 kilometers of modern highway per month, on average, through 2014. Give 20 years - we will show where we take OUR India. God Bless Humanity AB
I have been to Delhi, This is an accurate, unvarnished representation of an untouristy part of a huge city. Go if you like, and if you stay away because of judgments, better so. I would go back in a heartbeat.
I love Old Delhi! I'm going back to India in November and have planned to shoot video. What kind of microphone would you recommend for a DSLR to capture the sounds of the environment like you have perfectly done on this video.
@zakuza92 This is also not showing the negative side either. It showing Old Delhi as it is.This was a good vidoeo because it gives an insight to everday everday Indian life.
どうもありがとう :) Very very interesting. I am surprised how it looks 'so' miserable or indigent ( not sure of the right english term to use ). Even though I knew about huge gaps between the 'fast developping India' and stagnating poverty, I would not imagine like this. Thank you !
It is Delhi where Delhi is, stop saying "This is old Delhi, go see the New Delhi" both of them In India and both of them is Delhi where Indian people live...this place need Major clean-up and repair for sure
the video is not so bad ...but hanestly iam from delhi n i feel the video misses the true charm of the old delhi the "katras " whis run across the old like a mesh .....theyare these shaded pathways that join one captures only themarket area to the other ....this video how ever catches only the main street ...that too i guss is on a sunday cause most of the shops are closed ....the market is really bustling in rest of the week......
Hey ;), i also was for 4 month in Delhi in 2010. Most of the time i have done bad experiences. I'm an European with an Indian background, so you can imagine to treat like 1.3 Billion Indians its not nice when you are not white or rich. Respect and humanity is something that you just get as an Indian when you climb up the ladder by cheating others and show every second your fortune . I am really happy not belonging to that society.
@manug74 I will go there in july, doing 6 weeks of voluntary job in the rural areas. I'm very nervouse. I'm from portugal and I know that their culture is very different. It will be a great experience, i hope :)
"its really interesting to see the reaction of the people. in japan nobody cares about the camera but in thailand and india everyone's turning around and is looking :D " What do you expect in a country where people are literally bathing in the streets?
@worldsacrap India also has more students in the honour roll than there are school children in all of America. They may have something good in their genes which can be worked with and encouraged but I suspect that it's merely the culture who praises such accomplishment from early on. Or maybe both hahaha!
There are 3.22 Million Indians in America. 38% of Doctors in America are Indians 12% of Scientists in America are Indians 36% of NASA employees are Indians 34% of MICROSOFT employees are Indians 28% of IBM employees are Indians 2500 scientists out of 12000 at LHC experiment by CERN are indians nd guess wat - india emerged as fastest developing economy in 2011 overtaking china as well as the largest automobile manufacturer !
@edwin1697 Dude, you only got diarrhea because you were in a new environment. Whenever people visit new countries and are exposed to new strains of viruses, they tend to get more sick because they aren't immune to the local bacteria. And perhaps you need to visit the parts that aren't just busy. You might want to check out the countryside (and I know Agra is REALLY a tough place to visit).
This is not showing the positive side. This is a biased coverage. Why don't you showcase the venues? Why not show the latest international airport? Why showing the worst images? Old Delhi is different from New Delhi. I don't understand why are white guys so keen on capturing the negatives?
@EpiDemic117 .. It should be "cultural" not filthy, and to call it filthy u must have seen everything of india, and i dont think u have been in the nice places. every country has 'filthy' places.
@edwin1697 Dude, maybe it's because you didn't know anyone there or get to know the culture. Yes there is poverty, but it's obvious you only saw the outward appearance of it. No one likes poverty, but it's there.
@worldsacrap Yeah it's dissapointing, this brown swarm is taking over all of North America. You forgot to mention that even though they're so proud of their culture, they still move to other countries like America or Canada but for some reason consider India better. Not saying all Indians are like that, but a lot of the ones I know are. India's a good country, but a 3rd world country nevertheless. If you want to live in North America, you're American or Canadian first (of x decent).
