Since ik you guys are iKONICs so i just wanna pointed out that there are bunch of iKONICs in TREASURE, esp jihoon and asahi. For jihoon, he never really wanna be an idol before, but in middle school, he watched WIN and shocked with team b esp jinhwan's skill. So he decided to become idol and only want to debut in YG.
For asahi, he is an iKONIC since young. So he watched iKON's concert in japan with his mother. Atm he watched in first row so he can clearly see iKON members closely. And suddenly bobby came to his row and waves his hand in front of him, so after he came back to concert, he told his mom that he wanna be an idol and join yg. I'm so glad that they both really join and debut in YG and became iKON's lil bro.
There is yoshi as well, he said that he started rapping in korean because of bobby.

The guy behind yedam making the stank faces is Jeongwoo lmaoo, love him so much he’s got so much personality and his VOICE gosh😍😭 soulful👏 , he hasn’t been introduced in the guides so far
I would definitely add something about what happened in Treasure Box and why some of the trainee got a lot of hate. People were upset because the rules were super unclear. Basically YG said that the public would have a voice in the line up by voting and watching contents online and so people massively voted for their favorite and spend time and money to make sure they debuted. But then at the finals without people understanding trainee who got the most vote live and online didn't made it to the line up while "unpopular" trainees did end up announced. So people were really confused about wtf happened (two trainees who were not added at first were Mashiho and Yoonbin who were first everywhere, YG personal insta became a whole mess all the comments were about those two). The blacklash was huge because YG made it seems like the public would have a say and at the end they just did whatever they wanted without listening to the public. The hate was insane. Poor Jaehyuk and Junghwan took most of it because they were young and pretty new to the trainee life and were not particularly popular either so people were mad mad.
The hate was so huge that they announced a second group almost immediately to calm down everyone. It was a hot mess. But it was the agency fault they should have just said they would have the final word and not make people believe that they were going to participate in creating the group.
Man, ngl I got all teary-eyed reading this. They really struggled a lot. Even now, they're doing nothing yet they continue to face unnecessary hatred and mockery. It hurts me to witness people sending hate speech and talking bs about treasure. Just imagining how they felt when they heard those unnecessary questions from that reporter is already hard enough. It definitely must have been difficult for them at such a young age.
@@notsuperkingcowbabytv yeah they really debuted at the wrong time under YG, it must have been so hard too to see their debut being postponed again and again. They're really sweet and hard working but people still hate on them constantly for things out of their control
yeah some of treasure members really love soccer/football..hyunsuk madrid's side, n yedam barca's side..both of them sometimes watched the football game together. While asahi can play soccer..why i love treasure coz they're relateable..n i hope both of u love them too..thankyou for treasure's video, cant wait for next video..
About mixnine, YG started the show along with jtbc where trainees from different companies like jyp joined. Both female and male trainees took part in it and in the end of the show either a girl group would be formed to debut or a boy group depending on popularity and people's vote. Eventually the boy group got the chance to debut. Now YG wanted to take all those boys signed directly under YG Entertainment making it a grp under YG Entertainment only. But the other companies objected to that and that's how 'the companies involved got into problems' and the debut was cancelled.
Isn’t it they did not agree to be with them for years? So it didn’t materialize. Well, see Produce series where they are together for years and made tours as well. Probably they did not see the long term effect of the debut group’s benefit rather than having them for 3 months only.
@@rureroryruri I'm not aware of what went down among the companies in detail. This is all i know, so i can't comment on that. It was most probably that YG didn't tell the companies involved from the beginning that he planned to sign all those who make it to the debut and make them a grp under YG entertainment only.

*Their DEBUT was amidst YG SCANDAL* , during their conference they only hope that they will chart and the journalist laugh at them. Imagine majority of them was minor at that time. The burden from expectations. What more Yedam, Doyoung, Junghwan and JW are studying at that time. Imagine feeling so down and facing your classmates judging eyes that your debut is not charting. Their debut was before BLACKPINK and some Blinks are bashing them for as if using BLACKPINK's money for debut. Bashing them calling them Criminals. The fandom was so small at that time. Barely recognize. So I don't blame the fandom celebrating each Million Views achievement on UA-cam and making a graphic design out of it because at 2020 it was so hard to raise views for TREASURE MAKERS. And we understood that they barely comeback because most members are still in school and enrolled in college.
For Music- Each comeback shows different style, vocal check, unique voice check, rap ultimately check, choreography chef check and most of all the MV And Song Quality. Most members are now recognize as lyricist, composer and producer.

The battle from that Traumatic Survival Show (TREASURE BOX) debuting in their company scandal and now facing hates because they are from BIG 3.
Treasure promote in a UA-cam Channel with only 4M Subscriber at that time. They did not seek help in uploading their MV to well known channel like 1theK that has 20M subscribers. Their presence were barely notice and everyone associate them of the SCANDAL. The fandoms are fighting for them. Treasure Makers still there for them amidst all the issue.
The solid foundation of Treasure Makers starting and losing hope from debut becomes stronger and stronger every comebacks.

I hate seeing those accusation that they had the best promotion/ favoritism/ privileged because of "YG". When they clearly had a hard time esp. even before they debuted...
That's why I really appreciate when fans from other fandom(not teume) starting to appreciate our precious boys...
21:45 Jaehyuk is in Treasure because YG saw the huge potential he had despite lacking during the show. I have so much respect to him in this matter because he truly knows what he's doing. Many producers, fans, and viewers question his choices but he almost always proves them wrong cause the ppl he chose to debut never disappointed the public talent wise. Imagine, performing not so impressively but he saw even the slightest glimpse of potential in you, believed in you? Others would cut you off with a single bad performance but Yang Hyunsuk gives chances and truly helps you go beyond what you expect of yourself. 🤧 I'll forever thank him for debuting Asahi, Yoshi, Jaehyuk, and Junghwan. They've grown to become top-notched performers. 🔥
Junkyu didnt get much exposure during mix nine. No wonder he placed 35th. We all know survival shows heavily rely on fan vote. No matter how much he was recognized for his vocal talent by fellow contestants in the show, if it doesnt get aired and exposed, you wont win the public. I'm so glad Junkyu got the recognition he deserved in YG Treasure Box. I'm a hardcore BTOB stan. The moment he sang It's Okay so perfectly in that show, I fell in love with him. Not everyone can pull off a BTOB ballad song.

Junkyu's journey really makes me cry
I just wanna reiterate that one reason he lacked confidence and no facial expression change is that ASAHI has literally no stage/performance experience when he auditioned at yg japan. He auditioned out of pure love for making songs and that he got inspired to be an idol after watching ikon's concert inbjapan. He didn't have enough time to hone his dancing and performance skills bcoz YG Treasure Box was launched a few months after, and he had to compete right away.

ASAHI is just really quiet, shy and kinda stoic. He's a fast learner so he is already fluent in korean. He's such an introvert, reason why he's "socially awkward". However, at present, he has revealed that his extrovertness changed from 3% to 12%, probably as a result of hanging out with the other members who are loud and very sociable. And maybe also because as an idol, with the constant exposure to the media and interacting with fans, he just develops a more sociable side in his personality.

Mixnine is like produce 101 a project group that debuts for a set time before disbanding(wanna one, x1, izone, etc). It's suppose to be a group made up of trainees from various agencies.

Since I'm Hyunsuk bias since then I'll let you know fee things about MixNine.
It is also a survival show. Thy're supposedly a contract group. This is quite unique because it has both Male and Female. It was participated by different companies. Participants are composed of trainees and some even had their debut but didn't make it big yet. Lots of current Idols have been part if MixNine. Some are Ryujin of ITZY which continues to be #1 for female back then, Byeongkwan, Hyujin etc. Sadly, because of disagreement between companies involved the debut of the contract group were cancelled. Gosh the final member are overflowing with talent.

the actual disagreement in mixnine is between the companies of the debuting trainees. in mixnine, the trainees who participated are not all from yg, they scouted several trainess fr other agencies as well. but anyway, thank you for this reaction of treasure! hoping to see more of your reactions in the future

Mixnine not going through was fault of other companies not agreeing to the terms of the formed group. YG wanted two years instead of 1. Other companies suspiciously pulled back.
Even eent as far to sue YG. Because the show hot popular and the agencies got allot of backlash for not doing better for their trainees. Also YG made harsh points on the quality of idols. It made companies mad. In the end the lawsuits was resolved but the group never got a chance.
Btw, yall are quick to make assumptions. You guys didn't listen to hyunsuk's part where mixnine was explained.
