Actual tears. Everything described here I can relate to, from the unwavering desire, to the ambition, to the doubts from others, to being a young age, to having 3 children. This is exactly what I needed today. I will revisit this often, thank you.
I loved what Katie had to say about focus, that a ‘scattergun’ approach won’t work. And that you need some time to step back and dedicate time to thinking about direction: where you want to be in 5 years time. I can’t really explain it but I think it’s time I clarified in my own mind precisely what I want to do, so I can make a concrete plan to get there. Lots to think about. Thanks Rhi, great interview! Hope Woody is all healed from his abscess now?
What a incredible and inspiring lady Katie is. She has worked so hard and great to hear she finds it rewarding and fulfilling. Norwood certainly looks amazing and that will be down to Katie and her team of experienced experts all working togeather to reach the same goal. Blwyddyn Newydd Dda Rhi. Happy New Year Rhi. Wishing you lots of great adventures with Woody for 2022 and I hope Woody is feeling better?
Thank you for a very interesting and inspirational video. I’m sure a lot of us would like Katie as a mentor in the corporate world and every day life tbh! Amazing achievement.
Fantastic to see the results of such hard work and determination. Some great advice, really motivating. Love the passion that Katie has and that she is giving opportunity to so many 👏
Great video as always! Some very eye-opening thoughts in here! I was wondering if you would ever be interested in making a video about begin an Equestrian UA-camr? How to start? Equipment? Do you need to ask permissions from stables you film? How you get your ideas for content? etc. Love all your videos! Very inspiring!
I did think about it but wondered if it was too niche for my audience if many of them don't want to become equ UA-camrs. Maybe I should do a poll! Haha
I guess it's a personal choice right ? Katie works/Ed a lot with her dream in mind. Im guilty of working a lot too, but I love what I do. Nowadays she still finds time with her own horses and her children etc, but she put in the hours to get there ❤️ totally hear you though, some balance is important

Very inspiring! I love her honest advice, and how it applies to pretty much everything. She should write a book!
Amazing and insightful video - there's hardly any videos on equestrian business so this is really helpful x
This was amazing to watch. Her pearls of wisdom are so appreciated.
Isn't she brilliant!

You're so welcome !
Such an interesting video! Would that ever be something you would like to do Rhi?
Not necessarily to run a yard, but I can definitely see a world where I work in equestrian business one day

Do you have a similar story to Katie's? I'm hoping to make this a series so please do get in touch! rhiannondaviesblog@gmail.com
I am from India I want a job on horse
It seems a bit sad to spend all your time working like that. I wouldn't be able to. I like some time off just to enjoy myself 🙂🎉
