"Super Saiyan God 3" ain't make no sense. Super Saiyan God really isn't a Super Saiyan transformation to begin with, it's just Goku when he applies God level ki to himself. Super Saiyan Blue is Super Saiyan, with the addition of God ki.

That Black Goku mod is FIRE
Out of all the forms I'd say they did the best on SSJ4 or SSJ5, leaning more to SSJ4 because of how well True Kamehameha looks on it
The hair strand looks majestic on SSJ5 though.
