I'm Aaron and Charlie Brown is our chocolate brown cocker spaniel and together with my wife Deirdre we love camping in our HYMER 655 camper van.
We want you to join us as we go around Ireland reviewing camp sites and stop overs letting you know the good and bad places available to camp we will from time to time review camping products also.

I stayed at Dugort many years ago ! Yup it was great & right on the beach & a short stroll to the hotel !!
Was in Strandhill in June of this year - loved it .
its a great spot looking forward to heading back up in 2023
Lovely work. Covers Strandhill Caravan Park very well. I live not far from there but it's still one of our family's favourite campsites. As you pointed out, Strandhill beach is not for swimming, due to lethal undercurrents which have claimed lives in the past. However, there are some safe swimming spots not too far away. Finally, the mountain that you captured in the evening sun is Knocknarea ("Kings Mountain") which is topped by the grave of Queen Maeve. A lovely place to walk. Thanks again for shining a light on this corner of the world. 👍🏻

Great vlog! Worth mentioning there are two public playgrounds right beside the campsite. There is a lovely sandy beach where the locals swim between the ruined church and the lodge if you follow the walk you pointed out. It's not far to walk. There are also some great bars and restaurants. Enjoy Cong!

ohh both are very similar to be honest and usually if one is fully booked then you go to the other ... we have a video on Strand hill here ua-cam.com/video/AOA3Jh6uU80/v-deo.html we have been to Rosses Point but before we were doing reviews. I like Strand Hill best !
