I love that point at 8:20. I’m fortunate that I have/can make space to carry products that are comparable to the products that we don’t have. Only problem I’m running into is that they don’t want to buy it because they don’t believe me. I’m totally ok and understanding if they decide not to buy it and tell them as well (customers should feel comfortable with what they’re buying imo). Have you run into this?

Great customer service ,build relationships and I also gave a free item like a lipgloss Nothing too expensive. Band be knowledgeable about products and hair types so you can give them the best help when they are looking for something

I quit my job before I opened my store. But I do have other streams of income. So just keep that in mind you will need additional streams of because your business is still growing. And the store will take alot of your time.
