Sanji's main ability is super human speed, his fire abilities (diable jambe) is a byproduct that he developed as a secondary technique. Maybe the blueprint for Sanji's body is a lunarian body because King literally has a high speed form and a durability form. What if Sanji is an average of those two abilities being able to exist in both modes at once, with the ability do develop his durability even further with haki.

The Raid Suits are fire proof. Sanji didn't use Diable Jambe in the raid suit because the suits can't catch on fire so Sanji's flames aren't part of his genetic enhancement. His Raid Suit was made specially for him and his powers so it wouldn't make sense for fire to be part of his Germa 66 powers because his suit would hinder him.
A cool idea would be, if Sanji accepts that he is a modified human, he cant change that, but to counter it he focuses now more on his Human side to compensate. Meaning, he will train his haki more than anything else. Sanji has now reached his physical peak, now he needs to reach his mental peak

So I noticed in the anime after the time skip that he slightly moves his foot before it ignites. But the times he does spin, the flames are more intense.
Maybe seeing as how it's Sanjis mom that was the one that is said to try and stop his superhuman transformation, she possibly was just trying to change the "cold hearted" nature of the transformation and keep everything else but something went wrong and he just developed the other powers later. You have to remember it's his mother doing this. What mother wouldn't want their child to be able to not feel physical pain and be strong and healthy? But I don't think any mother would want their child to be heartless..

He does have all the abilities except being heartless and some others beyond his siblings but they are still upgrading.I think he maybe later will be able to shoot/throw flames. The germa ability seems to be a mode to enter into and out of. He is stronger after using it but when he activates it his eyebrow switches and extra powers kick in.

He rescued Edison from absurdly far away in an instant from a seraphim attack and reappearing right beside Zoro, and even Zoro's expression shows he didn't see him comming. So at least the speed is most likely untouched, so I would assume the rest is also true. I do believe tho that Ifrit jambe is either way more stamina hungry than Diable Jambe, because otherwise there is no reason he used Diable against seraphim jinbei, or it could be that he thought that it may actually be that Jinbei actually went mad and didn't want to cause major injures

Sanjis durability isn't even close to a lunerians. The speed form is comparable to sanji but that's about it.

@Daawan Ennis well actually it was a poison to suppress the both the powers and the cold heart. This enabled sanji to get emotions that wouldn't be suppresses when his power came out. His strength isn't innately stronger than his siblings, he's stronger because he already had a fighting style and decent haki before hand so the enhancements added to it.
