Whilst you may not always get results this good, you have so much heart in trying and sharing your food outcomes and you always seem happy with the results, no matter how they turn out. Kay I have tips for you (and anyone else making pizza!): 1. I believe you are using dried active yeast? If so, you need to whisk it into about 150ml of warm water and a pinch of sugar, let it sit for 15 minutes before using it. 2. You should knead the dough a bit more. It will keep its shape better, and you don't need to use so much flour when rolling it out. 3. Let the dough rise! After mixing it and kneading it, just let it sit for at least 1 or 2 hours, overnight if possible, while covered so it doesn't dry out. If you want to skip this part, then don't add yeast. 4. Don't use too much water in the dough! Getting the dough too wet will cause it to lose its shape. In this video, I don't think you needed to add the extra water. Just keep mixing it, it will smooth out! 5. For the sauce you made, I think you used too much soy sauce. While it is a good substitute for balsamic vinegar's flavor, you only need to use about 1/4 as much soy sauce as you would have vinegar. Normally you should mix it with a sweet acid such as lemon juice, but the tomatoes fill this role.

Let me help you please. I love watching your videos. I make pizza from scratch constantly. Pizza sauce: 1 4oz can of tomato paste 1 8oz can crushed tomatoes 3TBS of Italian season 2 teaspoons of salt 1 teaspoon of white sugar 1 cup of water Put it all in a sauce pan and and on low let it simmer for 10 min. Pizza crust: 3 tablespoons of yeast 2 cups of hot water 1 teaspoon of sugar Mix the hot water, yeast, and sugar together and leave it alone for 10 min. Take 2 cups of flour and gently mix it in the yeast mixture adding a little at a time until your dough has formed a ball and is no longer sticky. You may need more or less flour depending on the humidity. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it alone for 30min to an hr. Take your dough separate it into two equal parts and roll them out about 1/4 inches thick (sorry US here) onto a lightly greased pizza pan Take a fork stab a bunch of holes in it then put it in the over for 10min at 350F. Pull it out add your nice sauce and toppings that you want put it back in the oven until your cheese is melted.
Kay’s pizza: +1 perception, +1 luck for 1 day. -5 Ch, -10 strength, -6 agility, -10 luck for 3 days after. Description: Kay’s pizza is made out of dough and cheese I think, but mainly out of love and care.
