Bro, as a cap main, this is so inspiring. I gave up playing the character in ranked because everyone said "pick meta or gtfo" but this inspired me to pick him up again. When they buff him in season 1 I'm abusing the FUCK out of him.

Cap is my main, and honestly, I didn't see him do anything crazy or different from how I play. For me what makes a breaks a match, and I assume this is for everyone and him, is he has really good healers. Without healers, I die so quick, but he's surviving wolverine ults. Am I missing something? I've played against 1 really good cap who I thought was on another level because the dude wouldn't die, wasn't being healed by his support players, and knew where ALL the health packs were. I was really impressed by him.
Yea, after rewatching the video, he's constantly being healed. He has competent teammates that heal and choose thor for Team ups. These things make a huge difference. I'm not hating, I'm just analyzing the video hoping to pick up some tricks to help me get better.
As a cap main, I think the thing with Cap is that he needs healers to be on point, as well as DPS to be on point. You can't really get kills by yourself, you need someone else to be doing dmg to them too, but what cap has over DPS is that he can over extend and be fine and actually pick up the kills that his DPS might otherwise not get.
@@FluffyCloudsandCats I agree with cap needing healers, but I respectfully disagree about him needing dps. He can get kills really quickly, especially if he gets a Thor-team up! Cap is like a tanky-dps, you use him to disrupt and take out the back line. Distract, disrupt, and dip! Haha
Nice stuff man! Can i ask how does your game look so bright and clean? The clip at 1:56 is super bright, the map is so dark there in my game, did you tweak something in the cfg?
Any tips on the grandmaster to eternity climb? I'm a Cap One trick as well and just reached Grandmaster 3 and slowly climbing, but it's definitely a different ball game than the other ranks imo, especially even though we're in GM "bro get off Cap, he sucks!" and I have to prove that I'm capable with him
Going back in replays and seeing anything you can improve on always helps me. Finding balance in tanking for your team/diving backline is the hardest part about cap
Man I’ve been playing a ton of cap. People just done know how to move and tank. Cap makes space better than any tank and is a healer assassin. He gets buffed tomorrow 😅
I used to think captain had an amazing kit but just did not have the damage to back it up but once I started playing hulk and realized hes really good captain also just clicked and he lowkey feels stupidly good. I just wish he had his thor team up ability baseline or did like 5-10 more damage a hit.
