After 32 years of installing tile I decided it was time for a set of knee pads that would actually be comfortable and protect my knees better than the run of the mill knee pads that i have been using for all these years. If I had been smarter i should have done this much sooner in my years of installing tile, but it is never too late. I decided that only the best made sense, so I decided on proknee. This is just a first impression as I have not used them yet, another video will follow after i have used them for a while.

i have had these for a year and they are just awesome!! once you use these you wont go back. yes they are expensive but the comfort is worth it. Only thing is if you get grout or mortar on them you might want to give them a wipe to keep the white surface clean, so stuff doesnt build up on them.

I looked at those but got the racatac instead. I like that it has no straps and it lifts you up taking some stress off your ankles as well. Keen to hear your experience with these.
I've used Racatac for 10+ years and love em but there are times when standard strap on kneepads are still needed.
This is true took me couple of days to get used to but this is definitely best

Word finally got some today after 13 years of carpet installation. Hope I like them like 280 bones.

Do they pinch the back of your legs like a lot of the big heavy knee pads?
jc86 no because they hook behind the calf and ankle. No pinch point behind the knee like regular handyman knee pads

Still using the same ones, bit dirty now, but no problems.

Those pads looks very good, but the knees must hold the body weight first.
Friend of mine weighed about 130 Kg and he managed himself to put down about 40 Kg. He said, that he was then like reborn :-) :-)

It looks awkward. Buy an orgonomic seat knee pad to compare to this pro knee pad. The seat type looks more comfortable.

Brother Amen to that. I bought these $40 knee pads at a flooring supply store and when I use them my knees do not hurt at the end of the day.
How you gonna say they the best knee pads money can by & then say you havent used them yet? lol. they definatly the most expensive. that doesnt mean the best
Well after having used them for two years, I repeat, the best knee pads money can buy. Mot having used the knee pads when this video was made, does not exclude me saying they are the best. I research the product, spoke to quite a number of people that had been using them and that had used similar products, compared them to other products on the market and also found they are generally regarded as the best by anyone that has acquired them. They are also prescribed by doctors for people that need knee protection while working. That is how I can say that.
