Absolutely beautiful work! What an amazing and informative video, thank you guys!
What an amazing, AMAZING river table.
Wow!!! I’ve been wanting to try making a small end table. This is very informative, thank you.
This is an amazing process for making a beautiful table. Very informative and thanks for sharing the material list at the end.
Wow, fabulous. ..you are very organised and clean nothing goes to waste nor dirt around...kudos!
Incredible work! Just fantastic!!
That is a gorgeous resin river table.
Fantastic instruction! I can't wait to make my table.
Love it. Came here to see how "easy" it is to make one at home...... Not as easy as I thought! Would've been great if you had put a small island in the middle of the river! 👍
Very cool. Excellent clear cut instructions compared to other vids on the subject, and the re-cap of all needed materials/tools at the end is very helpful.
I'm planning to do a resin pour project next year or later this year, and first watching lots of how-to vids to educate myself how it's done, since it's something I've never done before. Your vid is among the very best, if not the best, I've seen on the subject.
Added to my DIY playlist, and will watch this again just prior to my epic experimental project! :)
Beautiful finish. Easy to follow instructions.
Absolutely gorgeous!!!
Thanks for the step by step video. This table is beautiful. Nice work.
Fantastic tutorial! Beautiful piece too!
Thank y'all so much for a video that actually explains what you did and how you did it. Also, the materials you used in the process. So many "how to" videos don't even tell you "how to" do it, even though their video had it in the title.
Stunning. That table kinda looks like a high altitude shot of a river flowing through a desert.
Love this so much I picked up live edge wood today and will be starting on my project! Thank you for making this great video!! (From Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA)
Well done mate, I love how it turned out!

Hello, I am writing a comment in Korea. I have seen a lot of Rivertable work videos, but I haven't seen the perfect work If it's really beautiful and close, I'd like to meet it. It might be weird to post it on a translator. Please understand. These days, I'm into the Rivertable, and I'm looking for a lot of videos, so I'm setting up my subscription and alarms.Thank you for the good video.
Super👍
TUYỆT !!!
This is AMAZING! I am about to start my first epoxy project and this was VERY helpful. Are there temperature parameters for the epoxy to cure properly? For example, right now my garage will be 38c during the day. Is that too hot for the epoxy to cure properly?
Hi Brande, at 38C the resin will cure a lot faster and cause exotherm release. Therefore you need to lower the mixed to 5 litres or less, or work at night when its cooler.
The final finish makes the wood too dark for my taste. What would you recommend to make it look brighter pls? Also, how do you keep it clean etc?
Hi there sir !
I was wondering, how do you calculate the quantity of coloring you use ? That is the only detail missing for that part imo. Thanks a lot ! that's great work you're doing. I appreciate the patience you have there.
Hi - we don't have a calculation for colour addition, it's very much done by eye, add a few drops, give it a stir and see if you want the colour stronger. start small as you can always add more but can't take it out
This is beautiful. Is there a maximum time you can leave between your first pour and your second pour?. And would Danish Oil be sufficient for the timber finish, of can something be applied over the Danish Oil to make it more glossier.?
We generally advise you leave between 2 & 4 days between pours.
And you can just use Danish oil, it's entirely up to you on how you decide to treat the timber, that's down to personal preference.
This is fantastic! I’m curious: if I wanted get the wood to be a black matte finish , how would I do that while keeping the resin glossy and polished?
Hi - Perhaps a black wood stain would be your best bet? Build your river table and polish then resin, then add the stain, that's what i'd do I think
Forgot, if i scuff up the edges after i seal them to add more bondage, will they be visibly scuffed through the resin after the finished product with this type of effect? Thanks so much if u do actually answer! -Cheers from montreal
Love the video. It would be nice if you can leave the items used in the description
There is a list of everything used in the video, watch 8:56 onward

Hi very informative video thanks for sharing. What was the release agent used on the melamine wood between that and the project, thanks
Hi Paul, the release agent used is called Mirror Glaze - buff it on, leave it 5 minutes and then buff it off.
The best and simplest video of this process I've seen so far. Thanks so much for making this guys
