M a hairdesigner myself in Toni&guy n he has ruined his hair by using alteast 40 vol developer to lift (bleach) his natural colour.. that too on the scalp n he did it twice he didn’t even use olaplex for sure, in future the guy will be having a massive hairfall n hell of a damaged hair..n he’ll be left either shaving his head or keratin for restoration..!!
