- It's the calm sound of rain sitting in a park shelter surrounded by forests. I sat out of the rain for a while filming in the rain, and I loved the sound of rain falling from the eaves. Have a comfortable time with white noise ASMR that heals and comforts your mind.

The white noise heard in nature has a special spectrum.
Among the white noise, the sound of rain is a common noise in nature and is familiar to our ears, so even if we study or do other things such as rest, it is not disturbed and rather gives us a sense of stability.
For video work, I heard and analyzed the white noise heard in various natures, and it was the most natural.
The white noise that was comfortable to listen to was the sound of rain.
It's good to listen to the rain sound naturally in order to hear it more effectively.
I like the sound of rain that is similar to the heart rate, a little slow, or a little fast, sounds natural and smoothly continuous.
Listening to white noise increases alpha wave emissions and decreases beta wave emissions in the brain. Alpha waves are brain waves that come out when the mind is focused or resting, and beta waves are frequencies that come out when the brain is unstable.
Therefore, when you hear the sound of rain, alpha waves increase, making your brain feel comfortable and helping you relax a lot.
Healing Now Channel technically records the white noise heard in nature as naturally as possible and edits and provides a sound similar to nature when played online.
The entire process of planning, editing, and posting on UA-cam is effective for listeners.
It is conducted for the purpose of using white noise, and the entire process is carried out by the operator.

🍀 Poet introduction
Claude McKay was born in Jamaica on September 15, 1889. He was educated by his older brother, who possessed a library of English novels, poetry, and scientific texts.
In 1912, McKay published a book of verse called Songs of Jamaica (Gardner), recording his impressions of black life in Jamaica in dialect. That same year, he traveled to the United States to attend Tuskegee Institute in Alabama. He remained there only a few months, leaving to study agriculture at Kansas State University.
In 1917, he published two sonnets, “The Harlem Dancer” and “Invocation,” and later used the form in writing about social and political concerns from his perspective as a black man in the United States. McKay also wrote on a variety of subjects, from his Jamaican homeland to romantic love, with the use of passionate language.
During the twenties, McKay developed an interest in Communism and traveled to Russia and then to France, where he met Edna St. Vincent Millay and Sinclair Lewis. In 1934, McKay moved back to the United States and lived in Harlem, New York. Losing faith in Communism, he turned his attention to the teachings of various spiritual and political leaders in Harlem, eventually converting to Catholicism.
McKay’s viewpoints and poetic achievements in the earlier part of the twentieth century set the tone for the Harlem Renaissance and gained the deep respect of younger black poets of the time, including Langston Hughes. He died on May 22, 1948.

I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜
