Level only with storm wave. I played with storm wave until my 3rd ascendency. Also build is bricked I'm going to post updated one soon

I have that build and I just tested it post nerf. I got 29% charge where it used to trigger at least twice...

I do have an even better one coming tho and it is still Invoker and will be CI so your not left hanging gimme a couple days. (Already have build made and items just need to make the video) Otherwise join my stream I'm BLASTING
