I was watercameran for the 1st Search film down in Bali / Java with Jamie Mosberg (Sonny Miller was at Jeffrey's with Tom Curren). We were actually shooting film and were covering Damian Hardman, Matt Hoy and Gary Green in some pretty epic G-Land. But that was warm water and perfect surf. This was cold water and marginal surf. Good on ya guys.
I hate that the window break-ins are such a thing in SF. I'm so anxious about it at Ocean Beach- When they were parking with all their gear I was thinking "see youre over thinking it." Nope.
You can see the wind ripping at the boys shirts in Big Sur, otherwise those closeouts would stay open. Absolutely a beautiful and spiritual place, even when it is blowing and stormy.
