If you’re not going to have a 3rd party build the board and run the game, then I think it would be beneficial to have contestant 1 come up with the rows (accolades/accomplishments) and contestant 2 come up with the columns (teams), and not combine them until the meet up for this game. This would help prevent any prep by either side. Additionally, the computer used to check the players should definitely be visible to both contestants so that no impromptu research can be done. DEFINITELY not making any accusations, but I think it would help with the appearance. Looking forward to more videos!!
