In my tww as well and doing the pregnancy tests progression which makes it definitely a mind game because it can be super discouraging but I’ve got symptoms that are super abnormal for me especially when I’m at work it’s hard! I’m 9 dpo today
Yes I'm so tired and it's not like me because I'm a morning person and I usually stay up until midnight or later. Also I have mind cramps, headaches and nausea. I even vomited and those aren't usual pms symptoms I get.
Omg, I’m one day past frozen embroyo transfer and I’m freaking out. I haven’t had any symptoms. Thanks to google😔. I need to stop . Because all I need is for my embaby to stick!
Hi friend, google was NOT my friend and I couldnt continue to torture myself. I had to trust the process, have faith/pray and allow that embryo to do its thing. Your feelings are totally normal and I am sending you the biggest hug/positive vibes and I hope that precious embryo snuggled right into place
Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed this video. I agree the TWW is such a journey. Something that helped me was the mindful ivf app. I used it daily though my previous IVF cycle and now for my upcoming cycle.

@@AliciaLatrice the app is called Mindful IVF. It looks like a little brain🧠 with headphones on. It is wonderful. Yoy do have to buy some of the sections to listen to but it was worth it for me and I listened ever night.

Thank you for tuning in with me friend! When it comes to my eating I've always been very mindful of what I eat. Prior to my pregnancy I was a vegetarian so I consumed tons of plant based foods, vegetables and fruit. However, because I have battled extreme vitamin deficiencies I was instructed to at least start back consuming chicken/turkey until after the baby is born so now I follow a Mediterranean style diet which is my protein/veggie. I haven't had any weird cravings or anything because I suffer with severe HG so I am constantly nauseous and vomiting throughout the entire day with no appetite. As far as my hygiene products I was using Dove original bath soap and dove deodorant and still using both of them now. The only thing I've added to my regimen is a tummy butter and bio oil to prevent stretch marks. 🤍
