Hello! Please, can you help me with this problem: I have one of this machines and when I roll the glue on the spine, doesn't matter how thin ou thicker is the book, the glue doesn't cover all tha sheets. I don't know what to do to solve this.
@@NanoBestian had the same problem, the solution is to first make sure the glue is fully melted, but most important is to pre-crease cover and confirm the crease (properly fold the cover by hand) before placing in the machine, then everything will align perfectly with a smooth coat of glue (minimum 2 coats of glue). Proper creasing will also fixing milling cutter alignment problems. I've now made over 2000 books with this machine.
