31 minute video? All treat, no trick! 🎃 This video has been my project all month. Spending a week deep diving into self-improvement books has been a challenge I've wanted to do since college... so I thought we'd do it together. What do you think? Should we do more challenge/vlog style content this year? I always value your feedback on what you want to see next. Oh, and if you're looking to level up this year... that requires a new version of you. We've helped hundreds of people just like you who flipped the switch from watching our youtube videos, to going all in on a coaching program and changing their lives. Here's a free deep dive video I made for you to learn more about identity shifting and apply for a free call with one of our coaches ➡ www.clarkkegley.com/free-case-study (limited availability) p.s. There's a lot of meat in this video! Try to finish it in one sitting, but if you can't, add it to your 'watch later' so you don't lose your place.
I love the style of this vlog. I definitely think you should do it more often. Also nice tip with the puzzle. I have ADHD and I've found that reading a physical or kindle copy with the audio book playing (preferably with headphones) work really well for me, but I'm definitely going to try the puzzle tip. Thanks for all the great content.
Really LUUUUUV ur Channel.! Such a god job.!! What to see next.?? Okaaaay... With your girlfriend's recent problem; who I hope is now fully recovered,,, it made me think of Dr. Joe DISPENZA and his teachings. He has fabulous books, such as: You are the Placebo, Breaking the habit of being yourself, and Becoming supernatural, and in all of them, the main idea is that you cause your own illnesses and you can cure yourself. Please read them and prepare good summaries, which you know how to do. The BONUS is that your partner will discover the source of her problem. By the way, Dr. J Dispenza has seminars, boot camps and so on; he is the best in the field. He is a neuroscientist, with a lot of studies and experience in neuroplasticity, homeostasis, epigenetics, etc.
One of your best videos ever! Style is down to earth; summaries and comments excellent! Reading and pondering and trying new ideas never gets old. It keeps you alive! I should know...I am 75😊😊
This video has inspired me to take on the Monk Mode challenge! I can already sense the positive impact it's had on your life, and I'm excited to experience it for myself. Thanks for sharing this life-changing journey!
Carla Hannaford, author of Smart Moves: Why Learning Is Not All in Your Head, says that when you use your hands while listening, you're stimulating areas of your brain. She said that she had a student in her university class who never took notes, but knit 9 sweaters. So this explains why doing puzzles helps you focus and retain information. You also have a visual anchor with specific puzzles. Knitting, crocheting, woodworking, sewing, Legos, painting, modeling clay--anything like that will send those impulses to the brain and keep it alert.
Wow this has to be one of my favourite videos of yours. Thoroughly enjoyed it and you’ve now inspired me to read more! I’m currently reading Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday. Highly recommend 😊
Best video you've made so far, hands down. Only selfhelp book video anyone will ever need, to get inspired to continue reading them themselves instead of just listening to summaries haha! Very informative, enjoyable and laid back video, which is easy to watch and easy to take in. Keep up the great work Clark!
I like learning different perspectives on life. I've read or am reading Meditations, Seneca, Epictetus and the Poetic Edda which includes the Havalmal. I also love listening to Jim Rohn.
I'm at the very end of the video commenting on this, but he looks like a Fallout New Vegas character. Jokes aside, wow, I need to watch this again, but I love this idea and the video, and really need to look into some of these personally. Great video, keep up the great work!
With my comprehension issue there's no way I could read 7 books in 7 days. I'm envy those who can. But I am about to start my heavy metal detox today and I've see a few ppl talk about how their brain started working better, faster and their memory improved by alot. So fingers crossed its just the heavy metals and I'm not just a "slow" reader lol
Sorry, just need to comment about the story of the janitor from The Psychology of Money”. Amazon delivered the book yesterday and I saw something about the janitor when I was looking at getting the book. I want to know more, and maybe the book tells me more, but did he die with over 8 million and lived very frugal with no children and never travelled or did he enjoy life to the fullest and did so well that he still had 8 million left when he died? I remember after my mother passed and my father was worried about taking a trip to Hawaii even though he had plenty of funds. I said “Dad, go, live, enjoy your savings to the fullest and hopefully there won’t be much left at the end because your three children are all do8 g great and don’t need any inheritance! In fact if you run out early you can come live with me and we will keep having a great time on my dollar! “. I just hope when I read I find out the janitor enjoyed life…
i love the first 5 mins of situations ahappen and yet we choose to prepare , actually i been struggling on letting go of my ex and you mentioned 04:10 that break i wil never find love again , that what i feel after a year and a half of losing the lady i had hahaha on 4:17 i actually thought so but hearing from you an adult it gives me hope. Subscribed . Thanks, you fan from Zimbabwe.
Great Video, however I would disagree a bit about stocks. In the US you have to be a "accredited investor" to buy shares of private companies before they go public. So the people with the money but it early & cheap & then dump it on retail investors at the IPO.
I always thought Oprah's book of the month was super lazy lol. I read Mean Genes waiting for my shift to start, during my 3 breaks and ducking out into the bathroom.
Damn Clark, just half way through the video, but gotta stop and tell you how much value you're providing us with. Thank you so much for such inspirational content, and for adding value to the world.
My fave Alchemist quote is at the end when the priest says he does not deserve what he's being given and the Alchemist tells him "don't say that, because life may be listening and give you less next time."
Has anyone else read The Four Arguments by Don Miguel Ruiz? While watching I was thinking about what one-day-read has impacted my life. I’d definitely say this is the book.
Hands down, such a powerful video! Had to pause and walk around the room getting AHA moments multiple times. Such a cool concept too! We need Clark's vlogs now!!! 😍
Love this style of video. Love (as always) your honesty and authenticity. Love new ideas. Glad your girlfriend is okay; that must have been a super scary situation for both of you. Would be interested to know what the other 2 books were you planned on reading.
Love the summaries of those fantastic books Clark! I really appreciate how much time you have saved me from having to read them. Just kidding.....kinda
From your intro I can definitely say you actually visualize and try to achieve EVERY single goal that comes to mind. 💀 the cringe but creative and innovative thought and effort behind that 4 second clip. Most wouldn’t understand
this dude.... i tripped on some drugs i will admit. i broke my ego finaly and then this man comes into my life. im turning my life not around but in the right direction. deffienitly one of the greatest teachers we have and we all should use and value what he says beacuse he isnt wrong
Omg love this video..❤. It's not just the great content, but the personality. i belly laughed several times... You are ahead of your time Clark! Birdwatching...I started in my late 30s. 😅. Im adhd too so I get your squirrely. 😂Keep making content... You got me wondering about the puzzles, what do they do for you? I feel i need something to open up this untapped creative side..
Such a great video, Clark! The music, the variety of environmments and lighting and filming styles. SO Good! That was a tasty vid, bro 👊 And super educational.
Don’t know if you have heard about Building a Second Brain by Tiago Forte who also has a course named the same. If you read a lot you should follow the note taking to retain all that information that you learn.

Everything began with a miracle, and then we waste our time trying to prove it didn’t.
Wow thank you, this video inspired me so much! Thanks from the heart ❤️
I like learning different perspectives on life. I've read or am reading Meditations, Seneca, Epictetus and the Poetic Edda which includes the Havalmal. I also love listening to Jim Rohn.

Hell yeah Clark Kegley ft. Knocked Loose
Great Video, however I would disagree a bit about stocks. In the US you have to be a "accredited investor" to buy shares of private companies before they go public. So the people with the money but it early & cheap & then dump it on retail investors at the IPO.
I like this style "vlog type" video more
You did the right thing. Thanks for the knowledge.
Really appreciate your effort ....!!
Keep up the good work....
I always thought Oprah's book of the month was super lazy lol. I read Mean Genes waiting for my shift to start, during my 3 breaks and ducking out into the bathroom.

Miss a meal but never miss your reading - Jim Rohn
Tesla was seen running from that fire at Edison’s factory
I’m confused, what made this monk mode?
Anyone got any book recommendations on public speaking, story telling looking to learn how to speak with more conviction.
You can do that because you have time 😀 i can read maximum 3 books
We've enetered the (GONE SEXUAL!) era of Film Booths title suggestions
The only point of money is to free up your time to do what you want, so what’s the point of being a janitor and dying rich with no one knowing?
Can I know what app was that in @18:40?
@27:51

The style of this video was very, very enjoyable. Your work is always pleasing to watch but you really made a "film" with this one. Bravo!
And to define "film" in my statement, along with the value content, the ENTERTAINMENT element is what pushed it into that "film" realm.

From your intro I can definitely say you actually visualize and try to achieve EVERY single goal that comes to mind. 💀 the cringe but creative and innovative thought and effort behind that 4 second clip. Most wouldn’t understand
