I dont understand why people think he is evil. Troughout the whole dlc and main game we get told by different npc how Kind and carring miquella is and what self sacrifices he commited to save others and create a New gentler World, even after the great rune broke and they were no longer under his Influence. He also didnt mind control radahn into promissing to be his consort, because if he could control radahn it wouldnt make sense to vow or ask him at all. Even in the final battle we dont know if he put radahn under his influence (even though i think he is in some way). Miquellas only flaw is that he is too naive and thinks that he should redeem himself of his mothers crimes, as stated from st trina. Ranni is much worse then he is, she killed her halfbrother for her own interests and with that kick started the shattering war and the death blight plauge. But people generally dont seem to mind

I dont understand why people think he is evil. Troughout the whole dlc and main game we get told by different npc how Kind and carring miquella is and what self sacrifices he commited to save others and create a New gentler World, even after the great rune broke and they were no longer under his Influence. He also didnt mind control radahn into promissing to be his consort, because if he could control radahn it wouldnt make sense to vow or ask him at all. Even in the final battle we dont know if he put radahn under his influence (even though i think he is in some way). Miquellas only flaw is that he is too naive and thinks that he should redeem himself of his mothers crimes, as stated from st trina. Ranni is much worse then he is, she killed her halfbrother for her own interests and with that kick started the shattering war and the death blight plauge. But people generally dont seem to mind

Moore was confused and sad, but he cared about his friends so he chose to support them.
And anbash, or whatever his name was, was the only one actually stood up for himself.
* radahn clearly refused to be his consort, which is why miquella sent malenia to kill him. Also, you you see miquella hugging radahn in the boss fight. Hugging is the way to activate his charm ability.
* yes ranni indirectly killed her half brother, Godwynn. But so did miquella, Mogh.
Both Ranni and Miquella have done terrible things "for the greater good", the only difference is that you don't see Ranni mind controlling people and calling herself a saint for it
