I want to see this level of Bigg K on URL. Wasn't as impressed by his performance vs T-Top. He needs to bring these type of haymakers (vs ILLMAC, vs TheSaurus, vs ILL WILL) and take that stage over. He's one of my favorite battlers, just want to see him succeed.
Bigg K is dope af lyrically but not sure he will resonate with the URL crowd like the he does with the KODT crowd based on, demographics, racial issues, and politics. I've seen white rappers get slept on in URL and black rappers get slept on in KOTD. it is what it is.
His first vs t top was one of his best rounds ever. He got absolutely no reaction in a completely biased crowd so he spit some mixtape bars his 2nd and 3rd. I don’t blame him

Thesaurus writes well but he doesn’t keep the same magic he had with his freestyle era.
He doesn’t mix up his cadence with any humour or resting moments. He tries to deliver each bar in a lin aggressive way. Thus creating no dynamic range.
Never a fan of his delivery but his pen is fya. That aggressive stuff doesn't fit well.

john dohhe whenever Saurus doesn’t over-compensate, he’s real good. His Rone & Daylyt battles he uses his quirks to his advantage and is less aggressive and more energetic.
But yeah his over-the-top aggression is one of the two things holding him back.
Kalamite exactly. Like when he threw in line aboit Rone dressing up in top hat. That was the old wise cracking thesaurus. Then when you drop into aggression it has a bigger impact
100%. Loved watching him for his freestyles back in the day, and his pen in the earlier written days, but his syllabic writing is so exact that it actually impedes him. It's technically amazing, but the cadence is always the same, except for the odd battle like vs. Daylyt where he breaks it up a bit. And considering how much he's battled over the years, it's understandably hard to stay fresh. Dude's a goat, though, without question.

Honest, knowledgeable, I love to see them being so honest. Like when Diz clowned Charron during his title match vs. Pat, but gave him credit for being one of the best battlers in the game. Like this isn’t his best work, so we’re gonna critique it knowing Charron could do so much better. That’s one of many examples of guests speaking their mind on this channel.

That’s another element besides learning soooo much history/context/crtiques that make this channel so special. The fans never met a lot of these dudes off stage. I've said it before, can y'all equalize the audio levels of the commentary with the video? I watch these after work when my girl's already sleeping and I'm tired of constantly adjusting the volume on my tv when watching these. It'd be so much better if the commentary and the battle were the same level.

I love Thesaurus but when he transitioned to writtens he lost that natural swagger and humorous flow he had with his freestyling. His writtens have this constant aggressive cadence to it. He'd be even more effective if he introduced more slower pauses and dropping into more natural humour and then flicking back to aggression. That way it creates a wider dynamic range and the aggression hits harder.
