It is illegal to walk on the bridge. I wonder if he got across without being stopped. Cameras watch and police tend to wait on the other side whenever there is someone doing something illegal on it.
I'm not fond of driving thru the tunnel in Mobile, it gets clogged up and if there's an accident or car breaks down, your day is ruined. Love Mobile tho!
