Thank you for sharing friendly videos for sewing. If I may; I believe that's a Blind Hem foot (hence being adjustable.) An Over Edge foot will serve you better. An Edge Joining foot is even nicer for 'stitch in the ditch'. Both my machines came with the blind hem foot you're showing.
I think feet can look different depending on the manufacturer. I'm using a Janome and it has a separate Blind Hem foot that came with the machine. It's all metal and not adjustable. I bought this one from Janome and it's labeled as an "Edge Guide Foot". I've also used the blind hem foot for other purposes on occasion.

Great info. I bought a magnetic seam guide, but this would work better for narrow hems!
Is this foot used to sew on binding?
No, it's used to stitch close to the edge of the fabric.
