IIST is ISRO's official college. IISC is also a good one, for PhD in astrophysics u can go for IIA to get Bchlr+Mstr+PhD - u need to be selective from Bchlr degree itself.
they dont see which college...u need to do btech/bsc and have to get 65%...then ur eligible for seating in exm conducted by isro....after u pass that exam...their will be interview round...and based on ur interview they u decide in what branch(i mean different project are going on there,u will be working in wht..will be decided by them) in isro will be suitable for u to work,...
