I really thank you for this great info. I already make my own dental toothbrush (coconut oil, baking soda, vit E and mint drops) and instead of using coconut oil as a mouth rinse, I think I'm gonna try this recipe which seems to be awesome

@@FairylandCottage So I mixed your recipe and unfortunately my grocery was out of sage so I used Baking Soda. To remedy the slightly harsh taste I used 1 teaspoon of honey and 3 teaspoon of peppermint as I prefer that lingering taste of peppermint rather than Baking soda. WOW I never felt so fresh. Thank you so much. Mouthwash as so expensive I can proudly say I have eliminated that cost ..YIPEE!!! BTW I am from Jamaica ..Have a great weekend

If I do make this one day, I'll have to use fresh mint instead of sage, because I actually have epilepsy and I found out that sage is really dangerous for anyone with epilepsy.

I might give this a try- I've used a DIY mouthwash before but I felt it didn't work (boiled water, bicarb soda, peppermint oil & tea tree oil). I keep hearing good things about sage though 👍

Hi there my friend... there is no preservative in the mouthwash so the fridge is best! unless you use vinegar or alcohol which is a natural preservative...

Sara Brabrand Wittrup salt is great for creating an environment in your throat that bacteria doesn't like. Basically it helps with preventing the bacteria that can cause bad breath and can help you teeth and gums stay healthy. I'm glad you're getting some value from the videos x
