I disagree. Loss of collagen and elastin is the #1 cause of our face succumbing to gravity. Sweeping upward is equally 'stretching the skin' of that's what your main concern is--plus it fluffs up all the little hairs on your face, making them more visible
I am not super familiar with accutane. I know it creates very dehydrated and flaky skin, but that's more of a skin than makeup issue unfortunately. I would look around to see if someone who has actually been on it has any advice!!
if you "sweep" in a downward motion your face will look more droopy. for a natural face lift, "sweep" in an upward motion
