Few corrections:
The Church is in the name of Holy Cross and named as Mar ( Holy in Syriac Language) Sleeva ( Cross in Syriac Language) Forane Church, Cherpunkal
Second Church is not the first Church- most of old churches is having an associated small chapels. Now it’s used for confession.
But the veneration of infant Jesus is very famous among the people !
